When Una, the manger is there, things seem to go well and everyone is friendly. The pharmacist Kelsey on the other hand is awful! The 2nd worst pharmacist I've dealt with in my 20 years of going here. She purposely fills your meds late, forgets to fill some, and has a horrible attitude. I have to almost yell just to get her to fill my meds on time. Also is very hard to understand with a thick accent. Something very important when dealing with names of meds. She needs to go. If you happen to ask for refills when she's on shift, make sure you talk to them and tell them to make sure Kelsey hasn't put a later fill date for them. It's like she wants you to run out. And doesn't bother to put the pills into one bottle. Just gives me the 3 manufacturers bottles so I have to open them all, and put into 1 bottle. I have 4 meds she does this with, so 12 bottles total. I have a ton of prescriptions with them so I need their help to make sure they all get filled, and on time. So now I make sure I call when Una is there so I can actually get them filled and not have to argue.
The pharmaceutical industry as a whole has been going down since COVID started. They've stopped producing over 10,000 medications in the last 4 years, because they weren't profitable enough. Laws have also become very strict with way too many meds. With the opioid crisis, the government has gone overboard with restricting access to life saving pain and other meds. This makes it hard for people like me with now 20 prescriptions to get meds filled which isn't always the pharmacies fault though they can try harder on their customers behalf to get things filled with the least amount of nuisance.

They are all very nice and hardworking. There’s usually a short line but I also like to come at the busy times of the day.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been too, they’re incredibly slow and inefficient. It’s worth driving further to another pharmacy. Avoid this place at all cost

I have been desperately trying to get my medication filled for weeks now. I have come in 3 times and called 5 every time I go in they swear to call me the next day and don’t. I have not once received a call back after leaving messages every time I’ve called. I am neurologically disabled and am failing out of my classes and unable to work because of this.

Professional folks, nice enough, but ... pretty much every time I need a refill (monthly) it's late. I usually stop by a few days in advance to give them a heads-up, but they still manage not to have it ready. Every. Month. Which means about once a month I wind up going off-meds for a few days, which of course, is messy and problematic and NOT recommended.I'm about this close to moving the prescription to another pharmacy. It's been like this for just about the entire time I've been using them. If you are picking a pharmacy, I strongly suggest anywhere else.

This is my local Safeway. It's a block or two from my apartment, so I'm in there a lot. Tonight as I was leaving the store I said thank you to the employee working the self checkout. Maybe it was dumb but I always try and be nice because I used to work in a grocery store, and I know it's not an easy job. As I was leaving, I heard the employee and a security guard laughing at me, making fun of me saying thank you, and one of them said "He's in here all the time" and laughing. What a bummer man

My recent experience was alarming. This pharmacy used to be good but recent scenario revealed serious staff shortage for the number of customers they service. Took two weeks to get vital med. This was with in person visits (5 times), my phone calls to check status not answered, shortage on med, and prescription not even pulled when supplies were in. And no update calls from them to let me know status. I went in yet again, to check in person- told it would take an hour to pull it. They did release a few pills to partially bridge gaps, but I almost ended up in ER due to gaps. That was scary. This is a joke. I’m done. Finding a new pharmacy.
