This location has made a swift decline the last year. On average it takes 5 cells to reach anyone and took me 1.5 weeks of calling + daily messages before reaching anyone. And unfortunately you have to call them because refill request over the app are ignored. Meds you’ve consistently have refilled here are out of stock for weeks and only get refilled after calling 500x to see if they’ve got it back

Worst, most incompentent pharmacy I've ever been to. Today's example is theyl ost my prescription after sending me numerous texts telling me it was ready. Pharmacist was rude and nasty to me in front of the long line of customers waiting for their prescriptions. This is one of many, many incidents I've had with them.

The staff at the pharmacy are very helpful and friendly. They are patient, even when they are swamped. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions here!

The pharmacist is extremely patronizing and I didn’t appreciate her insinuating I didn’t know how my insurance plan works. I literally run the insurance program at my company and can confirm the plan hasn’t changed. There was a long line behind me and so I already felt like I couldn’t ask questions and her responses were super dismissive telling me “she’s not the insurance company” and to just call my insurance provider regarding changes in prices. The pharmacy techs are always kind so I gave them an extra star and appreciate the work they do. Not a good experience.

Very efficient and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Being understaffed by Safeway management is NOT their fault and an industry wide issue.

If there's any kind of line at the pharmacy you're going to wait a long time. They never open the second window. So only 1 person gets attention at a time. Definitely faster to go to Walgreens across the street, even if you're already shopping for groceries

Staff are very friendly in person but they have stopped accepting calls or voicemails in the last month or two and the refills from the automated phone system don’t always get filled. I can literally call 7-8 times in a day without getting through to anyone. I assume this is an understaffing issue. Safeway: please pay your pharmacy staff enough that they want to work here and incentivize them to answer phone calls.

I’ve been trying to call to get my prescription refilled for 2 weeks now. No one answers the phone, the voicemail doesn’t allow messages, and when I left my callback with another manager I still never got a call back. I haven’t had my meds for several days now.

The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold, which eventually rolls over into a voicemail and they never call you back. They hung up on me, and then my insurance provider when I tried to get a refill. These people simply are lazy and do not care.

I was calling for an update on my accutane as I only have a 7 day window to pick it up and the pharmacist states they're out of stock and it won't be available to pick up until Monday and then hangs up... I didn't even get to ask if I could transfer it to a different pharmacy. I will no longer be using this pharmacy, the rude staff and lack of communication is not worth it.
