If there's any kind of line at the pharmacy you're going to wait a long time. They never open the second window. So only 1 person gets attention at a time. Definitely faster to go to Walgreens across the street, even if you're already shopping for groceries

Staff are very friendly in person but they have stopped accepting calls or voicemails in the last month or two and the refills from the automated phone system don’t always get filled. I can literally call 7-8 times in a day without getting through to anyone. I assume this is an understaffing issue. Safeway: please pay your pharmacy staff enough that they want to work here and incentivize them to answer phone calls.

I’ve been trying to call to get my prescription refilled for 2 weeks now. No one answers the phone, the voicemail doesn’t allow messages, and when I left my callback with another manager I still never got a call back. I haven’t had my meds for several days now.

The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold, which eventually rolls over into a voicemail and they never call you back. They hung up on me, and then my insurance provider when I tried to get a refill. These people simply are lazy and do not care.

I was calling for an update on my accutane as I only have a 7 day window to pick it up and the pharmacist states they're out of stock and it won't be available to pick up until Monday and then hangs up... I didn't even get to ask if I could transfer it to a different pharmacy. I will no longer be using this pharmacy, the rude staff and lack of communication is not worth it.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! The staff is exceptional! Always very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The waiting room is also nice to have since I have mobility impairments.

Horrible experience!!! I called about having a prescription transferred to this pharmacy from Fred Meyer. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes, the woman cam back and asked if they could "call me back later". Yeah, right! I was about to ask her another question, and she said they were too busy, and she HUNG UP ON ME! Never mind about transferring my prescription there! I would NEVER use this pharmacy!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

The staff is super helpful❤️, and my RX is always ready after receiving the text. Actually, I was picking up my RX yesterday, and dr. didn't write the script correctly so the pharmacist had to spend time adjusting it. I really appreciated it because I didn't have to call the doctor's office myself and come back the next day. Tip to avoid waiting time: pick up RX around 7:00 pm on weekdays.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. They always have a giant line and they have my script ready only like 20% of the time. Even after getting calls for the past few days saying it's ready, they didn't have it ready. They also never answer their phones. It's embarrassing. I'll never use safeway pharmacies again.

Such a bad experience here. I made an appointment for a COVID booster, which my doctor recommended I do due to my medical history. The staff immediately questioned me and asked for the exact specifics of my medical condition, all in front of a line of other customers. I ended up just telling them to forget it--I know that I am not supposed to have to disclose these specifics, especially in such a public setting. They were so rude and I almost left this place in tears. Just awful and unprofessional.

this safeway has 2 stars I just there on 7 march and got 2 containers of alfalfa sprouts good till march 27, when I got home and open it there was mold in both.Thats 4 alfalfa since jan that were moldy, my roommate said take it back for your money no it's a waste of time, they just dont check it never buying buying fruit or veggies from them again

A grocery store. You can find the same and similar items at any store, really, but here I especially like the soft lighting and warm tones throughout. It seems newly renovated and the space is inviting. Parking aplenty, outside, making it easy to hop in for items needed on your way home.
