The worst supermarket grocery store convenience chain franchise I've ever been in. This location in particular. I'm not sure why this place is still open and in business.The community steals the workers steal the prices rob us. The parking lot is always filthy and full of traffic or homeless people. The security guards are getting paid to do nothing but chill and let people steal. The store is fairly clean but had to shut down its bathrooms because of foulness. Unbelievable please corporate come do something about this situation or it will end up on the press...

Myself and my sister in law on different occasions needed to use the bathroom. Both of us were DENIED..... BEFORE Bathroom closing times. We actually had to go in the ally behind the store!!

Lesser of the other Safeways. Low income homeless area and the Whole staff is very rude, especially the self checkout Michael and Asian guy, their attitudes matches the area which they hire from. My mom refuses to shop there, I'm not coming back either. Horrible location.

This store is the worst store I’ve ever shopped at. They’re Constantly out of more items than they have in stock. You can’t buy an empty shelf! The stocky bald guy that wears glasses makes it totally obvious he’s loss prevention. He stands by the bread with an empty cart his Entire shift. Why even have loss prevention there if you can’t fully stock your store? I used to work for Safeway and if our store looked and operated like this the store manager would be Fired. Do better Safeway!

The WORST GETTO SAFEWAY. Thomas the gen manager is the worst at staffing people and keeping Starbucks open! In fact everyone is rude that works here. Hours of safeway is incorrect as they close early.

I’ve been here 5-6 times the first few seemed like a regular Safeway looked good, but over the years I’ve noticed things take a turn. Appearance of the store outside seemed more and more neglected, turned into a meet up spot and place Uber drivers to park, inside wasn’t any better I seen selves empty, floors dirty, workers just standing around while lines flood the cash register. But some good prices on things if you look hard enough. I’ll just stick with my local Safeway

If they deserve that being the level of customer service I have received from the store is less than. I've gone into the store on more than one occasion and have witnessed this employee or actually he is a manager. If I'm not mistaken he works at night time so it's probably the closing shift manager and he is pretty presumptuous in his attempts to "catch a thief" if you will. Not cool for he did the same thing to me and I know how it made me feel as a customer. Just trying to get in and out of the store with the things that I need. It's bad enough that we have to wait for so long to give you our money because the lines are so long but to be harassed and felt like you did something wrong when you didn't. And maybe the other people are looking at you like you did something wrong. I mean that's not a place I would like to be or that's not a place I want to give my money to. How about that? Thank you for your time

I've been to this Safeway so many years, this is the first time I've experience this. I was a self check out and some of my vegetable was not able to be scan, because it doesn't have a code number on it. Then the older guy at the front which I believe a new manager or whoever takes care of the self check out area was very rude. He helped me to scan Zucchini Squash which he did it with a wrong code so it charged me more, and I asked him to redo it, he tried a few times and then he couldn't do it, so he brought me to the cashier counter and run my stuff over there, which he scan and THROW my stuffs in the bag. Very rough checking out my stuff, i never experienced this ever before. If you not happy just call it a day and go home, don't give other people bad attitude and then you said you can't never please people. I did not do shit and you still give me bad attitude

Safeway took forever to simply allow me to use the restroom. I had to wait 10 minutes and still zero customer service. However Starbucks in the store had exceptional service! I did tell them the situation because I needed to vent, and they went out of their way, a discount price on my beverage and Vente size instead of a Grande to compensate. That Starbucks is awesome. Kudos to them.

I had gotten my food delivered to the wrong address, and had it canceled before it was even heading out. But I called the store when I relived the food was still on the way. And the guy who answered said he'd tell the driver and they still sent my food to the wrong address. I've been putting in request after request for a refund. And it still has yet to be processed. I was told the store had to do a manual refund on their end. But it seems like everyone at the location just refuses to do their fucking jobs. Cuz it started with the dumb shit that let the food leave, and still continues on with those in charge of refund requests. Don't go to this location. They suck. There's better places to shop. And to everyone who works at this location. Do your fucking jobs you sacks of shit.
