I have visited this store a couple of times, the staff is usually great. My last visit there, I used the self check out. After I finished, I realized that I forgot to buy an item. So I grabbed the bags of fruits and veggies and walked back to an isle. They didn’t have it what I was looking for. As I was walking out, an employee yelled about a couple of hundreds yards away from me, “ aren’t you going to pay for that?!” ?♀️ After I told her that I had already made my purchase and I have the receipt, she just looked at me dismissively, did not apologize, and just went back to stocking the cooler. I understand the current climate with shoplifting, but I would suggest finding a more appropriate way of asking your patrons for proof of purchase.

I'm just going home and I'm just trying my luck I have no money left in me to buy food I just want a few bucks for gas to eat so I'll get a couple things to take out.

Many items are not available. Deli cheese were expired for a month and still on the shelves. They stock up during morning and it's chaotic.

Went here to get allergy medication that I needed late at night (11 pm). After it took some time trying to figure out where it is located, I realized that employees were stacking pallets in front of the area for medicine. I was told by an employee that I could not access that area at the time. Did not offer any assistance, just that I could not get the medication that I needed. Being that I desperately needed this medication, I moved a display to the side so that I could squeeze through. The employee got upset with this, and continued to berate me. So I was able to ultimately purchase my medication with zero help or assistance from any employee. The customer service is deplorable and I would not recommend anyone to shop here.

They usually have what you come to shop here for and I do appreciate to Water Refill machine at this location. However, there's an alarming number of Dangerous Homeless people inside and outside the building Loitering and Shoplifting with no one stopping them.Where is the Security for this place?How are we supposed to feel safe shopping here? Fix this problem and Stop allowing Homeless people in your store!

Hiking up the prices of food is so evil, just so higher ups get a bigger bonus/pay at the expense of working class people buying necessities is disgusting. I get there’s a lot of rich families in the area that don’t care and can pay the price, but there are also struggling families and people making minimum wage. This isn’t sustainable to price food like this

Never received any type of email/sms/pigeon notification that the prescription had been filled and was ready for pickup. In fact, a day before the fill date, this pharmacist strongly suggested I go somewhere else to get my medications. I tried changing my pharmacist to Costco in Lynnwood. It was the pharmacist at that location that told me the script was filled elsewhere. They couldn't see where, but I knew it was this annoying Safeway at 35th and 75th. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

What ever happened to customer service? Not only was I sold some old dry beef Jerky look alike chicken this evening from Deli and disgusting jojos food so old I'm 100% sure that it doesn't meet food standards safety protocol I don't like to complain or ask for too much as we are all aware that since coviD businesses have been lacking employeea and quality employees are rear to find how ever not only is my experience horrible food bit on top this young man was unapologetic and since I didn't get receipt how ever I entered my customer number I could get a return if only I brought in the old food that I basically threw away because no way I would even Dee's to my dosa I will be bringing him that garbage back and will not be going back to this location I asked to speak to a manager and he's response was that his in charge and that his in control wow so I am at work no lunch but extra rudeness is what I receive. Training is necessary and needed I will be contacting corporate and will see if that's the tone and approach from them

absolutely avoid. I was given 6 different reasons on 4 trips as to why they couldn't fill my prescription. they just don't gas.

They don't let people use the bathroom at night, including paying customers, which is inaccessible. People with disabilities need to have access to a bathroom.

Good store, the shelves are always stocked. Customer service is always great and on the spot. It's my go-to for my ice cream 1/2 gallon every other day! Love me some peaches & cream and moose tracks, bring it brain freeze watch out?
