Amelia helped me and my 10 year old daughter find all the eproducts we needed. She was personable, professional, and unfortunately the only one working. Even being slammed, she spent time to work with us. Much appreciated, as a dad that knows little about hair coloring.

Bee is amazing at customer service. I had an issue with an order that never arrived and had to go in the store to get it. Bee went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of.

First of all, can you update your phone number? The number listed on Sallybeauty, Google AND yelp are all outdated, and give the "this number is no longer in service" message. I went to great personal lengths to get to your store today, and the product I needed was not available because the store was several days behind on stocking inventory. I don't want to go to great lengths again to get to the effing store only to find its not available again; but I can't effing call the store. Those is so unprofessional. Please get your s*** together

Fix your hours online, drove all the way there at 9am and there not open until 10AM.

I’ve been there a couple times like around 4 pm and it’s closed when the hours said they closed at 6 pm

Went in the other day after work around 7ish and asked an employee for help regarding some hair dye. She responded very rudely and was very passive aggressive. I came to this sally’s seeing the positive reviews because not a lot of sally’s have good customer service. I came in with high hopes and left very disappointed and taken aback. I know people have bad days but taking it out on a customer is not the way to go about it.

I’m not sure how many employees they have, but there was one person when I went there and they were very helpful! I got everything I needed with proper assistance.

I went to the Sally beauty on northgateway on black Friday 2022. The manager told me that he would give me a razor for every trimmer I buy. So I bought 2 Trimmers And the manager said to come back next week because he doesn't have any razors in stock. I came back 3 days later and they told me to give them a call because they don't have any razors in stock yet. So after calling multiple times they told me the best they can give me is a 25% discount online.

The store manager is not only helpful, but she pays attention to customers' needs even when they decline assistance. Wish more people had a work ethic like the way hers shines, though. Keep it up!
