My mother went to this salon multiple times in the past for hair services. The owner declined services to her after scheduling an appointment and showing up day of appointment on time. The lady was rude, unprofessional and very poor customer service. I’m writing this on behalf for my mother considering her skill level with English. To whom is looking for hair service, I recommend browsing elsewhere that will treat you with respect and professionalism compared to this business.

They are so nice here and do a great job. We especially love supporting local businesses when they are great businesses. Keep up the great work!

I booked an appointment via Groupon for eyelash extensions. My appointment was for 10:45am. I arrived at the salon at exactly 10:45am. The salon was supposed to be open since 9am, but no one was there and the door was locked. I called the phone number, but it didn't work. I then went on my phone to email and also Facebook message the salon, but no response. I waited for the next 45 min just standing out in front of the salon. No one ever showed. Then my Groupon automatically was marked used, since the appointment had passed. That in itself is a huge headache that I shouldn't of had to deal with. I still have not even heard back from the salon. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I do not know how good her services are or not as I tried to book my appointment and was told my voucher was not good. then asked how much I paid for it.. why does this matter ? this should of been the first question you asked . not after some long speech in which I missed what u even said, as I asked you to hold so I could look at my phone and tell you the expiration date that u say should of been a long time ago. it was in Sept. by the way.. oh and u call back and tell me now oh it is the correct deal.. shame on you for not dealing with this better.

Zed is amazing! I moved here worries I would be able to find a stylist who is great with natural protective styles. I found Zed and never looked back! She blew me away with her professionalism, attention to detail and hair care. Highly recommend!

With so many great reviews, I figured I couldn't go wrong with a cut here. I was wrong. I have wavy, multi-textured hair. The reviews on the site gave me confidence that they'd be able to handle it. Nah. The stylist didn't seem to understand what this meant or make an attempt to get to know my hair before jumping in. Zed was apparently triple-booked. I booked online about a week in advance. She called a couple hours before saying she was double-booked, but that someone else could cut it and would "probably do a good job." I was desperate for a cut so I accepted. When I was there, it became clear that she was trying to work on two people at once as it was. The woman who cut my hair first told me she just washes and dries hair, so I was a little startled after it was washed and she started doing some consultation. The way she asked questions made me think she didn't cut a lot of hair. I should have taken the warning sign and left. As I explained what I wanted and how important it was that my hair be at least a particular length so that I could still wear it wavy, she didn't seem to totally get it. Again, my fault for moving forward. It ended up being a couple/few inches shorter than I'd requested. When she started to cut my hair I knew right away that she didn't know what she was doing. She cut hair the way I remember the new students cutting it at beauty school (I recognized this because back when I was in college that was all I could afford). The whole time she was cutting my hair my stomach was turning because honestly it just didn't look like she'd done this much. In the end, my hair looks... sad. It looks like I went to Great Clips - yes, freshly cut, but somehow really awkward, like a middle schoolers artwork. Now, to the salon's credit, the owner, Zed, is *really* nice and was including me in the conversation she was having with one of her two clients. She showed genuine interest in her client's lives and she might even be really awesome with hair. The woman cutting my hair was nice enough, but apparently fresh out of beauty school (learned near the end of my cut) and in need of a LOT more practice. So, now I'm committed to a ponytail for the next couple of months because it's too short to take elsewhere for a fix. Saaaad! Cut was $35, before tip (I am guessing because I got the new girl.)

I am so grateful to have found Salon Adidez, Zed, and everyone there including customers. All are very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I get a hug every time I come. I don't see their services as expensive at all. I am happy to support them and look forward to my next appointment(s).

I got my first relax hair at this Salon. The stylist is so sweat and gave a great service. I loved my new look, a short pixie cut. I would definitely recommend this salon

I have never been in this place but they have no phone skills. I call them and ask if they except walk ins, the lady says didn't you just call and ask me the same question? I didn't but she said I can tell your voice. I was very shock. I am telling you I didn't call her earlier but than she went even further by saying she can tell the phone number. Why would I lied to her? Obviously there are millions of salon around seattle. After all, she say we don't expect walk in today. Why don't she say that from the beginning? Instead she accused me for calling twice which I did not. Very poor communication and customer service skills. I will never call them or walk in or do any business with this salon.

She's the best hair dresser I have met yet in Seattle . She's very passionate with her work. Takes her time and I feel and believe is honest and blunt when it comes to taking care of your hair along with what it may need to fit your wants and desires. Go to her, I bet my bottom dollar you'll more than likely be doing the same I'm doing !! FYI ladies just becus she's African American and works in Colombia city doesn't mean she only works with her specific ethnic group only! She's just as good with black ladies hair to white woman and men's hair ! Hands down (:

The best place for cornrows in Seattle. Especially African American and Biracial American hair. But don't let that hinder you, she does Caucasian hair too!
