I see I'm not the only long-time Seanet customer who's getting rock-bottom service from a once-great local company. I must have joined in the early 1990s so that's 20+ years. Customer service and support are almost nonexistent, like two or three bored, indifferent people run the whole thing. For webmail, the only thing that's changed in their UI in the dated photo of the models using Seanet. Otherwise, it's the clunkiest, most unforgiving access imaginable. For no good reason I get locked out of my account when the system won't accept my password. Tech support sends an email in the morning basically saying, "we dunno; must be a software problem at your end." If it exists at all, management is utterly indifferent to complaints. Re webmail the guy said, "Well, it's not really meant to be used for email. Use a resident client..." Not meant to be used for email...? Compared to Seanet, Comcast's webmail is the cutting edge. Seanet has become D- provider. Looking to change.
