They cannot be trusted. The staffs are rude and make threads. They did not fix my car but make it worst. When I got home, I found parts in my backseat that belong to other cars. I spent hours with them and insurance and still need to pay out of my pocket. I will highly suggest go somewhere else. They only talk to money not fixing your car!!!!

Very negative experience. I dropped my car off and did not hear from the office until my car was ready for pick up 3 weeks later. Received no updates as to what services were being provided or how my car was updated. I called frequently for updates but never once did the office call me. Additionally those who answered the phones were quite rude.

DO NOT do any business with these people. They do not know how to talk to customers. They do not know what they are talking about with regards to their own business. Terrible customer service.

My car got hit May 2023. 6 visits later and a $300 charge due to the incompetence of the manager, my car FINALLY got fixed at a different shop. From May - Aug my car was in this shop and the painter had the audacity to call my husband a perfectionist when he could not paint it properly. We had the same issues 3x over, 2 different painters, and the incompetent manager arguing that a piece of dust was a rock chip without even verifying as we were pointing it out in front of him. They said they replaced my headlight, they didn't. They said they replaced a bracket, they didn't. They mounted my bumper on incorrectly, and broke a bracket, and then had to reorder it. The last straw was when they didn't pop my fog light trim on properly and it flew off while I was driving on a week they convinced us to take the car home. I am hoping the insurance will charge this shop for every single penny that was wasted. $5k of damages, 4 rental cars, 4 months of wasted time, and I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. If you use this shop, please double and triple check your vehicle before you take it home.

Picked my car up after getting some body work done. My two passenger windows don’t work anymore and my car door lock doesn’t work anymore. When I brought this up to the staff they said “Well it’s an old car” (FYI it’s an 06). So if your car is older then 2006 don’t expect everything to work after! I truly wish I hadn’t got my car fixed at all. I would rather have kept the small dent on my car than not have working windows anymore. Do not use Crash Champions! There are enough and better options out there people.

Should've read the reveiws before I agreed with Progressive to bring my car here. They tried to help deny my damage claims. Thank GOD I found a video!! They are mad that I proved them wrong and are keeping my car an extra long time costing me thousands in car rental. dO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! READ THE REVEIWS.

If I could rate this repair shop lower, I would. The small amount of reviews for this place are all consistent and accurate in my opinion. [tldr; don't bring your car to this repair shop] I had my car brought in for minor damage, meaning it was really a new paint job (no dents) that was needed. It took forever to get an appointment and then work itself should've been done in a few days, actually took an extra week. When I came to pick up my car, I noticed they did a poor job and missed a few spots that I had originally gone over with the employee, who had even marked the spots with a marker. Then, they had the audacity to tell me that it would be another month until I could bring my car back in so they could rectify their mistake - turning this into 2-3 month ordeal. At this point, I was already invested, so I reluctantly agreed. But then, I took a road trip down to Portland. On my way back, I heard noises while I was driving and pulled over. I walked around my car and did not notice a flat tire or anything, so I got back on the road. But the noise still persisted. I pulled over again and realized the fender liner (which lines the inside of the car's wheel wells) was flapping and scraping against the rear tire, causing the noise. I ended up pushing in the fender liner and drove back carefully. The next day, when I was back in Seattle, I immediately called the repair shop and demanded to speak with the manager on the phone, who told me to bring my car in that day so they could take a look. When I brought in my car, the manager had the mechanics take a look but they couldn't find anything. So they asked me to go into the back of the shop where the manager gaslighted me and told me that nothing was wrong with my car. I pointed out that the fender liner was not screwed in properly with clips and that I had pushed it back in and didn't think it would hold. She kept repeating herself and saying nothing was wrong and decided to tug on the fender liner, which easily popped back out again - which she called over the mechanics to fix despite still claiming nothing was wrong. With this final straw, I told her that I did not want to come back again to finish the work that they did a poor job on originally because they couldn't even properly put in the clips after they were done. How could I trust them to do a good job on the rest of the car? In fact, they probably did more damage to my car than it was originally brought in for, which was a simple paint job. The fender liner was scraping against my tire, which could've damaged it and caused a serious accident. There were no apologies from Crash Champions or admittance to any wrongdoing nor remorse. In the end, I contacted my insurance company and sought a new repair shop, Bratch Auto Body & Repair, who did a great job fixing Crash Champion's mistakes and also made sure to put in the clips for my fender liner. I would avoid ever going to Crash Champions in SODO or any location - the chain is awful and you would be better going to small, local repair shop.

Took over 30 days to fix fender bender. This place was chosen by my insurance ( and by the look of how many cars they have all insurance companies), I think it might have been faster if I paid out of pocket and chose a place I have been recommended ( at least it would have saved my 30 days of rental car fees). I also asked if they could fix a separate scratch on my door and they said they would call me with quote- never called and did not fix. Overall the work they did is fine. Would recommend you choose somewhere with a quicker turnaround, especially if you have to pay for your own rental car.

Good quality Service, though glass clean up service was not thorough, selling my car anyway so not my problem for long

After waiting over two months for an appointment for an estimate to repair a car door, I took my car in. First issue, they claimed that I did not have an appointment, even though their system had sent me a reminder and confirmation text the day before. I have no idea how this could be, but it showed the company's lack of basic organization. Thankfully, I showed my text and it was honored, or so I thought. Unfortunately, it's been nearly a month since asking for my estimate. I've gotten the same vague ETA that the estimator will take a look in a few days, but it never pans out. I'm done. I don't think you should trust your vehicle with this business. They lose track of everything, and refuse to honor their commitments. I don't care if the estimate comes in. I recommend you skip and find another place, I shudder to think how much worse it would be if they actually took my car in for repair. Update: I received an estimate, 24 days after my appointment. I'll be finding another shop regardless.

Made a reservation to get my car repaired here, which had to be set for several weeks in advance. I show up on the day, and they have no record of it. I show them the confirmation, and they say that I didn't confirm a second time. What kind of policy is this that you make a reservation and then the place makes you confirm multiple times in order to keep an appointment? They didn't wanna work with me to rectify the situation and basically told me to go fish. I think you can judge by the rest of the reviews that this place is not a good place.

I wouldn't have a vehicle repaired here. They ruined my EOM keys and programmed an aftermarket key without telling me. So now my spare doesn't work. They also didn't do a good job painting the repair. You can see a few runs in the paint. While my vehicle was there, there were a few marks on the bumpers that weren't there when I originally brought in the vehicle. I should have known because while I was bringing in my vehicle, a woman had brought hers back because there was overspray inside the vehicle. I went through the at fault parties insurance, Progressive, they are horrible to deal with and I will be reviewing them next I filed a complaint with them when I got the vehicle back and they left me a voicemail saying they heard I had a problem with my loaner vehicle. I didn't have a loaner and didn't mention anything like that in my complaint
