Their contractor LITERALLY robbed me!
So: they took my call, and sent a contracted party out to help me. The person they sent quoted me 20-30 minutes, 150-180 bucks for a lockout. An hour later in 30 degree weather, the guy showed up in a locksmith van, ran up to me with no tools and demanded a Venmo payment and I sent him 150. He yelled at me to send him more. I said no you said 150! And he said Fine! and got back in his van and left. He blocked my number when I demanded a refund.
I called SEL&K back explained what happened and they pretended to sound surprised. They said they would send someone else right away and also have the manager call me back.
Neither of these things happened
When i finally made it home out of the cold, i called back, and they pretended they have no idea who i was.
They put me on hold, then answered the hold and pretended they had no idea who i was again.
Then demanded an email address, so they could email me a complaint form.
I hung up.

Don't go there. It's now a brewery. They really need to update their info. Yeah if you'd like an IPA from Bale Breaker, just stop by anytime.

He was incredibly helpful and polite. He made me a new key fob for my automobile within 30 minutes after I misplaced my old one! It was for a new key because replacing the key in my particular automobile model is known to be a bit of a pain. However, it's really functional, and the key they made for you comes with a lifetime warranty.
