Check the return policy before you buy. We bought a faucet that didn't end up fitting and found out there's a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of the store shipping it back to the vendor. This was not disclosed to us on purchase and is not stated on their website. We're going somewhere else for a replacement.

Great service picked up a tub for a client today was immediately helped by several staff members.... including the warehouse guy who was very friendly and extremely helpful ...( give him a raise ) only challenge is the parking lot ..due to neighboring business that was extremely unfriendly even though they had no customers .... I hope that they start working together for a solution that would benefit both businesses...

We have been shopping for cabinet hardware (harder than it looks). After a lot of comparison we went back to Seattle Interiors for two reasons. 1) great hardware and competitive prices, 2) Patrick, who calmly walks a newbie through the process, does not freak out at crying grandchildren and generally keeps his cool. Fab.
