I purchased a Mini Cooper S recently from Seattle Mini. Nick was a great help in getting my deal locked in. It turned out to be a fast process with none of the usual car purchasing dealer tactics. I would highly recommend Nick and Seattle Mini for your next car! We named our Mini Shadow because of his color and because he will be towed behind our RV!

Mini notified me for an oil change. The service team was amazing. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Clear communication.
Easy to set an appointment. I put my appointment at 7 am and was the first car to be serviced and my oil change and inspection was done in less than two hours. Had a great experience.

The thing I like most about Seattle MINI’s service department is that there’s no bs. They’ve never tried to sell me something I don’t need, Great communication and expertise. I LOVE my 2025 Countryman EV and I trust Seattle MINI’s to always care for her.

We drove up from Portland, Oregon to purchase a used Honda CR-V from Seattle MINI, and the experience with Kelli was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant—exactly how buying a car should be.
Kelli was friendly, professional, easy to work with, and respectful of our time. There was no pressure, no games, and no unnecessary delays. Everything was clearly explained, and the vehicle was exactly as represented.
If you’re willing to make the drive for a smooth, honest car-buying experience, Seattle MINI—and especially Kelli—is well worth it. We’d do it again without hesitation.

Super service experience at Seattle MINI. Bought in 2020, my convertible is still super fun to drive. No regrets and probably will have to have one for the rest of my life! The oil light came on and it was really easy to book an appointment. I put in a request and was contacted the next day. Michael Clark was very helpful and personable as was the man next to him (sorry I didn't get your name!). I love the fact that they send you a video overview of what the technician saw (Thanks, Fiona!). No crazy surprise charges. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I chose to wait and the estimated time it would take was spot on. Highly recommend for purchasing a new or used MINI and great service.
Updating December 2025 - Seattle Mini’s Team still rocks! Just took my car in for an oil change and to follow up on a need to have the drivetrain looked at per my car message. Michael Clark was as great as last time. He had anticipated the car’s message to mean I’d need a transmission fluid change and made sure that wasn’t going to be a problem. (Love people who anticipate needs!) Thank you Michael! Thanks also to Ben the technician who sent the video to show and tell me his assessment and whose efficiency helped get me back in my Mini very quickly. There were others who also greeted and helped. 10/10 service- Love you guys and would recommend to anyone.
