The staff here are really great and easy to get along with. They are also willing to help out in any way they can.

They charge a minimum to come out of 755 dollars. When they do come out, they are not competent so they quote a very expensive way and wrong way to do the job. Of course people wouldn’t proceed. This is how they make their money and why others have said they have been scammed. Yes, they took 755 dollars from me unfairly. The incredulous thing is that the owner the accused me of trying to scam them?! How does that happen if I paid them?! The customer service is unbelievably bad bordering on deranged. You can confirm this by reading the past responses from the business to negative reviews. Maybe they will respond angrily to this review as well. They’ve already done that in private.
I would avoid them and look for a more competent shop. There is no reason to pay them 755 dollars to come out and just have a look. There are plenty of others. There is a reason why they don’t have much work and are often available to come out on short notice.

The question is not whether they will fix your vessel. They will not. The only question is how badly will they damage your vessel and how large an extortion payment they will require from you before you get your now damaged boat back. These guys are con artists - professional scammers. Nothing more. Stay clear of them.I brought my Chris Craft in to have the speedometer fixed. Once they had my boat, they started tacking on charges that added up fast. As just one example, they suddenly began charging $120 day to "store" my boat - a charge to which I never agreed. And there were other charges - so many other charges! In all, they charged me over $4,500 to replace two screws in a hatch and to do an oil change. And I do not believe they actually performed the oil change. They initially would not let me pick up the boat and kept on tacking on fees. After I told them I would get law enforcement involved, they demanded I show up with cash or wire them $4,500 in funds.Adam Chamberlain, the self-described "president" of the company, said they had too many chargebacks so they could not accept credit cards. Sidenote: businesses with chargeback issues are typically known by the credit card processors for theft - the reason behind frequent chargebacks.Adam made it clear that my boat could be severely damaged if I did not arrive with cash to make this payment. Extortion. Pure and simple. When I paid and got the boat back, it was a mess. Almost every surface was covered with dirt, oil, and grime. And of course, they never touched the speedometer issue. So for hiring these people, I am now out $4,500, and I need to pay to have the boat professionally cleaned. At this time, it is unclear whether some of the damage can be fixed.

I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before taking my 2017 Chaparral there. They did us a favor and "fixed" the boat in 4-days.Pulled it over to Chelan, same issues as we brought it into them as.Very pricey repair for it not to work... Lesson Learned. But I would NOT recommend these guys.Services: Engine repair

Adam is a ZERO: As another person said in their review, "He's not a reputable human".Here's why...I was having an issue with my boat that I couldn't diagnose on my own - so I called to see how much it would cost to have him come out and see if he could identify the problem - and then quote me how much he thinks it would run me to have him fix it. He said it was a $250 "consulting fee" (or whatever he called it) + 2 hours worth of "work" upfront (non-refundable). Total of $680 just to look at it.I said, "so what happens if you come out and decide it's something that can't be repaired after 10 minutes of looking at it?"His response, "you want me to work for free?" - This was the first red-flag. He obviously struggles with comprehension.Me, "Uhhh No...I'm actually happy to pay your consulting fee upfront - but why would I pay for 2 hours' worth of work that you might not do?"I guess reasonable questions are against the rules at Seattle Mobile Marine...Because the logic was too much for him to handle - triggering him to launch into a tantrum...spouting off, "good luck with a broken boat during seafair buddy"..."How dare you give me a hard time about my fees"..."blah, blah, blah". Needless to say, I didn't hire him - and can't speak to the quality of his work. But based on the other reviews, I'd say his quality of work is about as terrible as his quality of customer service...and pricing structure.

I was quote $3500 to patch a hole (less than a fist-sized) in the fiberglass where a cleat had pulled out. I requested for no paint, no gellcoat color matching or finish... just the patch. I would do the rest. Adam was like, 'best of luck!'.Got it repaired same day for under $450.

Like others we were blown away by the insults and rudeness. We had to pay $400 up front for 2hrs diagnosis and anytime we asked what they did during that time or what they found was answered with a huge attitude and insults with no information given. Shocking they're still in business.

Don't use this place if you can avoid it. I had them repair $8000 damage on my hull, they repaired the damage but didn't bother to replace the decal that was on the hull, they just painted over it! I also had them wrap the boat for winter, they only wrapped it to the waterline then used 500 yards of tape to hold the wrap in place, as soon I started driving the wrap started pealing off. What's worse is the tape residue around the entire boat will take days of work to remove. My boat went in buffed and clean and now I have a week of work just to get it ready for the water again. Also, like other reviews, Adam was total jerk at times.

Adam was pompous and arrogant and rude. Other than that he seemed OK. They make you pay up front for service call to the tune of 2 hours @$175/hr. The guy who came out was cool but he was here for 30 minutes. He then quoted a $500 pump cost and a few hours work. The invoice I received was for $1300 pump and 14 hours of work to be paid in full BEFORE they even started. When I questioned this Adam said I should bring the boat in to them on Lk Wash. This after telling them the boat was undriveable and that I'm on Lake Sammamish and that's why I needed "mobile service" lol.Anyway, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Good luck if you use them.
