1st I’d like to say professionalism and attitude were piss poor. I originally hired 3 movers. 4 guys showed up and I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the 4th but why would I be. I didn’t hire him. Movers left my things sitting unattended outside while they stood by the truck. They argued in front of me about putting my bed back together. This was something I let them know up front when asking for quote. Head mover Nico tried to gaslight me that they did not leave my things unattended. However I stood outside next to my belongings for 10 minutes and no one returned. I actually had to go around the corner and find them just standing by the truck. I spoke with the owner Martin he seemed empathetic and said a portion of my money would be refunded. I have yet to see that happen. Overall I’d say save your money and hire someone else. Professional movers without the professionalism just a waste of time and money.

Chávez, Nacim, and Alex did a fantastic job! They moved stuff on the curb, upstairs and into their storage. So helpful! Highly recommend!

After concluding my business with Seattle Movers, they continued to charge me monthly storage fees automatically for 2 months, for a total of $700. My belongings were back in my home, but they kept charging me! I notified of them of the issue on June 21, 2024, and they stopped the recurring charges. But they have not refunded me for the $700 they overcharged. They continue to make up excuses about new accountants, accountants being on vacation, accountants being hard to work with, etc. They first promised to have it done within 2 weeks. It has now been over 2 months.
The movers were great, but the admins are avoid returning the money they have overcharged me. I have filed a complaint through BBB and will need to go through small claims court next.
Edit: got paid back after 2 months and the BBB complaint, updating from 1 star to 3 star since the movers were good, but the behind the scenes service was bad.

Saturday night, 8/10/2024, I was driving my family home to Seattle from Snohomish, when I noticed a large box truck tailgating me. I was getting onto I-5 around 9:00 p.m. going southbound. Once on the highway he proceeded to accelerate rapidly and cut off traffic. I used the carpool lane and watched him drive all the way to Seattle before we took the West Seattle exit, and in that time he went from lane #1 (slow lane) to lane #4 about 18 times cutting off about 12 cars within 3 feet. It was the most dangerous driving I had ever seen a larger truck do, and at times he was doing at least 80 mph. I was doing 60-65 and only stayed within eyesight due to using the carpool lane. They would get caught in traffic and cut three lanes over without a blinker or stopping in a lane. The highway was backed up from the UW District through downtown, and we could see the truck weaving back and forth. Extremely dangerous!

First time moving with Seattle Movers. They were great to work with and their pricing was fair. The team they sent (Chavez, Jessie, Dorian, and Gabe) was totally great. They hustled, were polite and fun, and they were careful. Would use them again.

Seattle movers did a great job with the move. We had the guys come in Chavez, Gabe and Nacum who asked details of what was needed and moved things out methodically into the truck.
Our needs need disassembly and assembly which was done carefully. Good for large moves for ease of mind.
