So many good options at this space, with different textures, colors, thickness, etc. The people who work here also truly help with design - they don't just take your square footage and order the tile, they make sure you're not gonna have weird cuts and ensure you choose tile sizes and shapes that fit the size of your space. Something that really needs both a design eye and lot of experience, which they have.

We foind the exact types of tiles we were looking for for our bathroom remodel here. We interacted with multiple employees in our visits, and all were very friendly and helpful towards us. Pricing was competitive with other tile places, even the large ones.

Beautiful selection of tile, but the best part was working with Denee and her staff. They were so wonderful with helping us with our new build and had excellent ideas on what colors complemented each other. We spent hours there, and they were so patient and fun to talk to! I HIGHLY recommend going to this store! (plus there are two of the cutest resident pugs you can pet!). Thank you Seattle Tile Company for helping us create our dream home!

I found that I had started this review by doing the star rating and forgot to come back to write review. I never finished it so I'm updating this now for the tile we bought about 5 years ago. It was very modern bathroom wall tile that was 1/5th the price for a similar design at Home Depot, Lowes or any of the large stores. I also remember the actual design looked more modern and had better shine and detail than the large store The service was very nice and they helped put all the tile into our van. The tile has held up really well and looks nice.

We've worked with Denee on tile selections for our new houses and she does a terrific job. We've 5 bathrooms in total and we're looking for modern and clean style. I brought the inspiration photo I found online and Denee helps me found the tile that's exactly what I'm looking for. She also helped me design one bathroom and I really liked the tile she chose. We also have a budget to work with and all her recommendations are within our budget.Our bathroom tiles have finished installation and they all look great. I enjoyed working with Denee. She is very efficient, honest to the customers and has great taste. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for tiles. This store will save you a lot of time.

I bought tile here for my kitchen, beautiful. Good selection, but their outdoor light is blinding. It is the wrong color temperature for night. About 6000K and it is not up to code. “All lights shall be shielded and directed away from adjacent properties” This light can blind you when you are walking on 77th or driving.

We had a surprise change to our project and had to find some trim tiles really fast. We had bought some beautiful tile from Seattle Tile, for use in a kitchen remodel. We met with Loni and she bent over backwards to help us, and found the perfect tile for the job. We are thrilled and deeply appreciative. Seattle Tile continues to pay attention to their customers, and to deliver. We have always encountered very helpful staff at Seattle Tile and bought tile, grout and caulk from them for last three projects, but this experience was special.

Everyone at Seattle Tile was wonderful! We needed a few tiles to blend with some vintage tiles in our bathroom. After we contacted them by email (pandemic), Loni pulled out a bunch of choices so we could swing by for a quick look. Because of our short time line, they worked with us to find the tile that could arrive the fastest. Then, when there was a problem with the supplier in California, Denee arranged for the tile to be delivered 2 day air. I can’t recommend them more highly!

I was in the design process for my home kitchen. I needed some basic assistance understanding the best way to choose from among the many options. Staff were very knowledgeable and patient explaining the basics. Loni offered design ideas and proved to be quite helpful in narrowing down the choices. We bought floor and backsplash tile through this company and were happy with the results.

They're so rude. I had an appointment. I was just looking and I wanted to see what they had. I was not tying up their time, I said I was wanting to look but the person who wouldn't leave me alone. I was eventually told this woman had 7 minutes until her next appointment, during my time. Got the message. I left. Thank you, Seattle Tile for making me feel unwelcome.

Denee and her team are amazing. She's been an invaluable resource to us throughout our 9-month reno of our 1920 Dutch Colonial. Without her sage advice and patience, there's no chance our bathrooms, kitchen, and hearth would look as amazing a** they do!
