About Seattle Tower
Seattle Tower, formerly the Northern Life Tower, is a beautiful historic building and a must-see in Seattle. Built in 1928 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, this Art-Deco skyscraper is a marvel of architecture. It was Seattle’s first Art-Deco skyscraper and a designated historic landmark.
Visiting the Seattle Tower is an experience worth having. The tower offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. From the observation deck, visitors are greeted with stunning vistas that showcase the beauty of Seattle, including its iconic skyline and the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating.
However, tickets are not exactly cheap. The cost of admission can add up, especially for families or those on a tight budget. Kind of dreary. Yes it has its deco-ness well preserved, but it's dark and dreary inside
