I have been renting my condo from Seattle's Property Management for a year now. Matt is wonderful and has been extremely helpful regarding my lease terms, rent increase, etc. I signed my lease to rent this condo again for next year. Seattle's Property Management has been great to me.

Their property manager is not responsive AT ALL! Christine scheduled a video tour with me, but did not call me at the scheduled time. I called her a couple of times but was sent straight to voicemail. Later got a text saying their video app was not working... I texted asked if we are still doing the video tour - no response. I called again wanted to ask for a few more questions about the condo, again straight to voice mail. They are also not answering texts. If you are a property owner, I am not sure how your property is ever going to get rented with these managers NOT doing their jobs!!!
Update: I did not received a said zoom link at any point, nor did they communicate proactively at all if the video showing was supposed to be via zoom, FaceTime, or anything else. I called 10 min after the appointment time, having not heard anything, trying to figure out what we were supposed to be using to do the showing, no response. So if you don’t proactively communicate and don’t respond when I try to reach out, I don’t know what else to say…

SPM has provided easy access to my monthly reports via their website. Kristine has been the point of contact with SPM and has made some very good suggestions as to keeping the property in great shape - which I have conveyed to them as being my #1 priority.

Moved into apartment on 8/10/24. Kristine has been very helpful along the way. Washer/dryer issue at move in, which was promptly taken care of, and new machine delivered. The building is nice, in a quiet area off the busy streets, and clean. Been living in the building for a short time, but enjoying it so far, and Kristine has been responsive to all inquiries/concerns I've had to date.

I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by SPM and decided it was time to give them their flowers.
I have rented around town and I can say that they are hands down the friendliest and most responsive Property Management I have dealt with.
Kristine maintains an open line of communication through both text and email and any service requests I have had are handled promptly.
Thank you SPM. You guys Rock!!

If I could put zero stars, I would. Don't live in a property managed by this company. They have been nothing but rude in communications, when they decide to communicate. There are emails sent months ago that still haven't been responded to. Good luck getting them to take care of any items you listed on the move in report. They stated on the move-in report that the floors are new. The floors are are in poor condition. They replaced the deck after we moved in, then shortly after sent a notice that they are increasing our rent. Then they said they are conducting an inspection without explanation of what the inspection is for, nor the results of the inspection. Their utter lack of custom service is appalling. If someone complains, it gives the business an opportunity to make improvements. Not with this company. Zero empathy. Zero care. Zero stars!

The staff here is very unorganized. I had to call and contact them so many times just to figure out what was going on with my application. Unfortunately, I will not be doing business with them because of the fact that it seem like all weekend long and all the way until today I've been waiting for answers and I literally have to contact them every single day just to get answers so obviously there's no one here who is taking care to make sure that the incoming tenants are being treated well, so I just wonder how the tenants who already are under them are living, not a great experience. I tried to contact them and complain about it. They did not apologize at all. They showed absolutely no empathy.

I've been renting my house through SPM for the past 2 years. My rental's manager, Kristine, has been incredibly attentive and helpful during my tenancy. Before the lease was even signed, Kristine was willing to work with me to ensure all parties were entering a situation that was best for them. Whenever there is an issue with the house or an appliance, Kristine and her team has taken care of it ASAP. I've been renting for more than 2 decades and this is the first time a property management company has treated me with such trust and attentiveness.

Overall, our experience at SPM has been great. Only real complaints are the duplicated charges taken from our deposit & the painfully slow email response time. It's common business etiquette to at least acknowledge receiving the e-mail within 24-48hrs and ask for time to process, however we consistently are ignored for weeks on end by the accounting department and Molly. Simple mistake, but the communication could really use an improvement. Edit: so after posting this review, we immediately had our case taken care of. We got the refunds from the double charge... still think communication could be improved. If the system allowed, I think I would give them 3.5 stars. -Kevin & Elle

I would give them a minus or zero star but Don't reach out to the .. it's waste of the time. They are not ready to manage you property, but ask you invalid questions . They don't understand the basics needs .. I would suggest to find a good property manager
