This is the 1st time I had visited. It was a great experience! Other than people speaking in English, it made you feel as if you had traveled to a different country (not necessarily Poland, but just an experience unlike in Seattle). We ordered the Polish Plate and Bigos. Both were excellent. The Schabowy (schnitzel) was really good, Also the Soup of the day (Pickle Soup) was also very tasty. You have to order drinks at the bar. This is actually a good thing if you do not know what you want as all of the beers, etc. are on display for you to check out (tons of Polish beers) and the bartender is there to answer questions. We'll definitely be going back.

Total hidden gem.....like nobody expects a restaurant inside the Polish Community Center. This area is also very residential.Service is on the slower side. You also have to pay a day membership to dine there. Bring cash for membership fee. This place is quite causal. There is a bar in the corner of the restaurant and you can get a variety of drinks. You order at the bar and not with the waitress.Food was delicious. I added mushroom gravy on my dish and so glad I did. The gravy was quite flavorful. The platter is probably a good choice to try a little bit of everything. The two lagers we got were a good pairing.

I didn't go recently due to them moving to another location. Following them on Facebook to see where they might end up. This place was my favorite place to go for a home cooked meal. Sad that they are relocating, but will be happy to drive wherever that may end up at.Parking: Sometimes difficult

I freaking love this place. Have been coming with my friends for years. The food is stellar, and just what you'd expect to find at a restaurant in Poland. You pay $1 for a day membership to come into the community center, there is a bar where you can have imported beers, liquors, and all the regular fixings for drinks, and order at your table for the food you want. If you're wanting to try Polish cuisine, this is the spot!! Cards and cash accepted.Parking: Lot next door is open to use so long as you are a paying customer.

Not too long ago I went to Poland for the first time and absolutely fell in love with it. This food was delightfully authentic and made me feel like I was sitting back in Stare Miasto in Kraków. It was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable.

I ordered the snitchel plate plus borst and extremely underwhelmed. There was no gravy or even mustard. The sourkraut was about 2 tablespoons serving for the whole dish and no red cabbage or gravy/mustard like the pictures from reviews showed. The borst was weird. The beet broth pickled the little dumplings inside and they were weird and very dense from being pickled- didnt seem fresh. The schnitzel was just a fried patty alone with no personality and dry. Again no gravy or anything. I told the gal when I ordered that it was my first time eating there so I would hope that I would be offered options like mustard and gravy. I didn't like the other items on plate either. I ordered to go so I had no idea until I got home. There is no option to email Sebi's directly so guess public is my option. $35 on food I will not eat. ? Never coming back...

Get the Schnitzel Platter! It's got a good taste of their signature items. I'd order it again. Minimal service staff, but didn't feel ignored or rushed on a busy Saturday. Figuring out when this place will be open is not an easy task. This was my first visit, after months of trying. Call ahead to ensure they will be open on the night you want to go. Days/hours of service listed on Google, their website, and menu differ, and they are often closed for special events, vacation, etc. That said, I'll be back. I live a block away and wish they were open more days... or that they would sell some of their items (perogies, stuffed cabbage, smoked kielbasa, etc.) in bulk to be warmed up at home. Good stuff, just limited hours.

I've been here several times now. Unfortunately Seattle doesn't have a lot of options for pierogis/Polish food, but Sebi's fits the bill. Pierogis are plump and served with saurkraut and sour cream, there's a small selection of Eastern European beers, and their blintzes (I think they call them crepes) are very tasty. If you're craving pierogis, go to Sebi's.We'll be back soon!

Sebi's is the best. Its food is very legit, everyone is Polish, and it's in one of the low-key cutest buildings around Seattle. Go soon, because I suspect it won't be around for long!

Was excited to try some polish food in Seattle, and this place did not disappoint. Staff was super friendly. I ordered the polish platter and was very happy with the kielbasa , pierogi and stuffed cabbage. Growing up in a polish household, reminded me of home!

Luckily the ONLY Polish restaurant in the area is WONDERFUL. The service is friendly, the food is fresh and plentiful, and yet it's never crowded when we stop in. Don't forget to try the bottled Polish beers along with your dinner. I recommend against the pizza- there is too much other good stuff on the menu to ignore. Parking is a bit tough but your patience with the parking will be rewarded!

Excellent! Wonderful pickle soup and the rest was very tasty! The staff were kind and quick despite a full house.

It’s a place with really good Polish and German food and drinks. Atmosphere is nice, wait staff friendly and knowledgeable. It’s fun to take there friends still unfamiliar with Polish cuisine.

Love this place. Great Polish and German food options and pizza for those who don't feel particularly adventurous.

Food is pretty okay. Schnitzel was excellent, golubki was amazing. Pierogi were good.Down sides: The bigos was really heavy on kraut. Kielbasa was more a smoked sausage you'd get at a hot dog place. Borscht had cumin in it.The worst part? The kraut was marinated with bell peppers. Who does that?Dessert blueberry pierogi were highly mediocre. Not much filling at all. Dark chocolate shavings do not go well with it at all.Crepe was pre-made and reheated in the pan. Burned only on the bottom...The service is also very slow. 2hrs from the time we sat down to the time we left, with the restaurant not packed at all. We ordered 4 dishes plus 2 desserts. Desserts took about 25 min to come out, which is weird considering both should be pre-made.Looked like only one person in the kitchen? Also lots of people being turned away without reservations. Recommend making one in advance.
