My first haircut at Sensa wasn’t the best, but they totally made up for it. They invited me back, set me up with Sarah DePriest, and she was amazing. She listened, understood exactly what I wanted, and gave me such a great cut.
They even gave me a gift bag with some really nice products, which was such a thoughtful touch. Left the salon happy and finally loving my hair. Big thanks to Sarah and the team for turning it all around.

I had one of my finest hair coloring and styling experience at Sensa with Anthony. I even got complimented on my way to the home. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Really enjoyed my time there. Thank you!

Went in for color touch up with Landon. Before and after look exactly the same.
The good parts: They are personable and good people. Offered me a little discount because the service did not go as expected.
The not so good parts: I am out by nearly $120 and spent 2.5 hrs at the salon, but the before and after looked exactly the same.
Had my scalp burning but couldn’t tell them sooner as they were multi tasking with other clients. They eventually washed it and used a different color afterwards.
The actual color application was done mostly on the scalp, even though I specifically asked them to only lightly touch the hair towards the roots to avoid damage, and I mainly wanted it done on the rest of the hair because those were the parts I couldn’t reach by myself.
Hair wash: This was a relief with the cold water, but I realized later that there was left over color at the bottom near the neck. And color left on my skin in multiple places. No big deal though as I was able to wash it out.
Hair blowout: This one took a super long time there. They used high heat and did the same section multiple times, even after I asked them to
reduce the heat a few times. It only takes me 5-10 minutes to do my hair as my hair dries very quickly.
They did not use any form of heat protective spray prior to blow drying.
I couldn’t wait to get back home and wash my hair immediately, and also condition it well, because of all the damage it got. My scalp was burning through the night and the next day as well, it took a while for it to calm down.
Parking: It’s so difficult to find parking here and there’s no validation. Account for an additional 40min or so if you go.
Ultimately I was out for nearly half a day after more than a month of waiting, out by nearly $120, and still need to go to a salon again to get this done.
I should add that I didn’t have any scalp burning before and I colored my hair multiple times.

I’ve been a client at Sensa for a while. I started working with Dana back in 2019 and she has always unfailingly delivered. I most recently worked with Francisco and he did a spectacular job as well. Love this place!

Tiffany is excellent. Highlight and cut. She pays attention to detail and has an excellent understanding of hair and recommendations. I’m growing my hair out and appreciated her help with the growth process. Easy conversation made the 2-3 hours most pleasant.

Sensa Salon just has this earthy, bright vibe the second you walk in; it instantly feels calming. Alicia sits down with you for a real consultation, and it’s so relaxing to feel like someone is truly listening to what you want. She is so kind and the entire team was just flawless. Spending time with her and at the salon was so comfy- felt like the best day.
I walked out with the most gorgeous, effortless hair — layered, sun-kissed, and just beautiful. Honestly, one of the best salon experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for beautiful Balayage and a haircut, that’s both beautiful and easy to style. This is your place.

After my review, management immediately reached out and offered to scheduled a service to fix my hair. The owner was so kind and genuinely wanted to learn more about what went wrong the first time. I was nervous that I would not feel welcomed because of the negative review but they were so kind and polite and made me feel heard. Great service!
Front desk service was great and ambiance was nice. This review is exclusively for the stylist and the haircut experience. I decided to book since this place seemed to be very good for curly hair. When I arrived, the stylist seemed like they didn’t want to be there, consultation felt like they were annoyed and felt like I had to lead it. They didn’t ask questions to establish length or anything. I had some reference photos of style and volume and they said my hair was too this for that even though my hair was well past my shoulders. They asked if I wanted to buy some new products and when I said no it’s like they didn’t really try and style my hair after cuz they said that’s how it would look like if I don’t use a lot of products; I had to ask them to use some type of mousse or gel otherwise it would have just been leave in conditioner. Throughout the cut they did not talk to me at all but talked to the stylists around them. The result was somehow extremely short but yet no volume. At the end I hated my haircut and spent 175$ just for me to try and salvage it at home. They guarantee you can come in and fix it within 2 weeks if you didn’t like it but why do that when this is how I was treated in the first place.

I absolutely love Sensa! I’ve been coming for years and always have an incredible experience, especially most recently with Tiffany. She’s simply amazing—her expertise and care make every visit memorable and I always leave feeling beautiful. Can't say enough good things about Sensa.
Update: Just had a Brazilian Blowout with Anthony. He was incredibly meticulous and absolutely nailed it. Hands down the best blowout I’ve ever had. I can already tell it’s going to last.

I really like this salon, they are professional and have great products. I have gone to Landon twice and he is really great. The salon is big and very open which I like. I have very curly hair and no one was intimidated by it which was awesome. (Before and after picture)

Scheduled a last minute blowout with Winta and loved how my hair turned out! My curls lasted all night without any extra effort on my end!

My first color experience at the salon did not go as planned. However the team was immediately receptive to my concerns and prioritized getting me in as soon as possible. I was paired with James who did a PHENOMENAL job and gave me a beautiful chocolate brown balayage. He was extremely patient, attentive, and very skilled! Would recommend him to anyone looking for hair coloring services!

I've been coming back to Sensa for a while now and I cannot recommend Ivan enough. He's super communicative and reliable and I'm so glad to have found a trustworthy salon! I'd recommend Sensa to anyone.
