I live full time in Florida, however, I visit my daughter in Seattle frequently and stay here at Sentral. My compliments to management for their hiring a professional and efficient staff. I have discovered Sentral’s employees are friendly,courteous, and do a darn good job.
The cleaning staff are always keeping the facility neat and clean. Maintenance staff has always responded quickly when needed and strives to make things right.
Management staff is courteous, kind, considerate and their response to occasional issues and questions is top notch.
I have come to know Sales mngr. Jennifer Maggs through occasional day to day Sentral related suggestions, questions, and issues. Jennifer has always responded without delay. Her management style is exemplary and she definitely portrays the right stuff as an asset to the Sentral management team.

I am about to move to Seattle and would love to find a place close to work and fun. I went to multiple locations in First Hill and Capitol Hill and Sentral First Hill has the best overall environment. The property looks very well managed and modern. Everything is integrated with technology. Jennifer showed us around the building and apartment. She is a major factor I felt strongly about this place. She was very helpful with all of our questions and shared her own experiences of the place. I was also very much impressed by how professional and responsive she was. What matters most to me is to be able to work with someone who loves their job and is always there to help. It is assuring to know that I would have her to work through everything once I become a member of this community.

Home away from home. Our reason for temporarily being here was not a pleasant one but staying a Sentral First Hill made it a whole lot better. Our apartment was well appointed with everything we needed and our view was fantastic. The staff is polite, friendly, funny and always attentive to our needs. We were always greeted with a warm hello when we entered the building. They were always available to answer questions or help with directions, concerns or restaurant recommendations. The facility itself is beautiful. Very upscale elegant. The rooftop and second floor lounges are amazing both with bbq grills and plenty of space to entertain or just go grill and chill. To simply say our needs were met is a gross understatement. We were given a taste of fine city living in the sky at an affordable price. Would highly recommended Sentral First Hill

Sentral First Hill is such a great place to live. Jennifer and the rest of the leasing team are so helpful, kind, and friendly. I liked living here so much that after moving to another building a few years ago I have now moved back :) The team is very timely in their responses and very knowledgable about any questions that you may have. The building is stunning! It is always maintained so well and the amenities are top notch. The location is the best in Seattle; the perfect blend of city and quiet neighborhood + very close to all the best food and going out spots. Highly recommend living here.

I've only ever had amazing experiences with Sentral First Hill. Even though they haven't found me the right unit yet, of all the countless leasing agents and apartment complexes I've looked at in WA, Sentral and its incredible staff have excelled above all of them. Great communication, creativity and friendliness.I especially want to give praise to Jennifer Maggs who has patiently been helping me find my dream unit at Sentral for over a year now (I'm very picky).I honestly think it's the best apartment building in the city. Great location, views, amenities and staff. Add this one to your list!

Close to Virginia Mason hospital. I had medical procedure done needed to stay close for a month. Only a 3 min walk. Apartment was nice clean and helpful staff.

I've lived at Sentral First Hill for about 6 months now and have had a stellar experience here so far! I recently got a car and Jennifer helped me get a parking space in the building, and was super helpful in person and quick with responding to my emails. Thank you, Jennifer!! ?

This place is fabulous! Talk to Katie. She'll get you set up in like 10 minutes. Rooftop deck with view of the whole city. And all the other amenities. I love it.
