On the 19th, I had a great interaction with a staff member—her name might have been Marina (not entirely sure). She was super friendly and cheerful at the register, and her energy honestly made me want to buy even more from the store!🤩

Maria at the counter was amazing. Two times now that I’ve been in she is sweet, helpful, and just makes my day. It’s such a random encounter but always makes me feel so much better.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sephora for two years, but recently, I've been feeling increasingly uncomfortable with how I'm treated during my visits. I'm often rushed, and today I went to try the body wash Salt and stone, I was the only one picked out to go to a different checkout—next to the exit door. This behavior makes me feel singled out and excluded, even though I've shopped here multiple times and have never stolen anything. I am autistic, black ,African, and certain things, like high-pitched tones or being rushed, can make my experience much more difficult. I’ve noticed that some employees continue to treat me this way, even though I’ve been a consistent customer. I’m sharing this feedback because I would like to continue shopping here, but the current environment makes me feel unwelcome and unimportant.

This is a place where beauty lovers would go crazy!
There are so many beauty products and perfumes from different brands available for testing.
It’s even better if you happen to catch a sale.
Unfortunately, there weren’t any promotions during this visit.
There were plenty of staff members, and they were very friendly and helpful.
They helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

Despite being obviously busy helping the many customers in the store, all of the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Zoe in particular was super helpful. She found me the perfect product, color matched my skin tone, and took the time to show me how to apply it. I left the store feeling great.

So difficult to find someone to help. Instead of looking at the products I spent at least 10 minutes finding someone to help me and when I was about to give up I tried one last time but didn't feel welcomed so I just grabbed what they offered paid for it and left. The two stars are for the security person that at least acknowledged my presence

Frankie, the certified makeup artist was very helpful and made my shopping experience pleasant. I normally only buy products during the Sephora sale. But I had such a good experience that I chose to buy the product I
came into test on the spot. I also bought an additional product that I did not intend on buying but Frankie did such a good job selling it that I bought it. This employee deserves a raise and recognition.

I think I actually received the worst service experience here today. Multiple employees seemed to not want to talk or help anyone. When I actually asked for help the employee seemed bothered to give any recommendations and after going over one thing, immediately tried to sell it to me. I wanted to test it, which seemed like even more of a bother for her... They were out and she ended up leaving me to my own devices to search the store for what I was looking for after I said I didn't feel comfortable getting that product since I couldn't test it. It's not like I asked for a specific brand or anything, just a good brow gel. I found an aisle of brow products but being new to makeup, it was overwhelming and confusing so I left without getting anything. They do have people (Frankie is lovely btw) that went above and beyond in previous visits but I shouldn't have to play roulette in order to have a decent experience.
