BLOWN AWAY by Erin’s customer service today- I just moved here from Nashville and was eager to shop at Sephora after getting laid off over a year ago and finally starting my new job here in Seattle! I splurged($360 purchase) and Erin was so kind to not only recommend a setting powder, but to check me out with a handheld POS so I didn’t have to wait in a long line of teenagers. Since I am from Tennessee, my card got locked due to potential fraud and it honestly took about 30 minutes for me to get my purchase to work- but Erin was patient with me and said “I’ll be around when you’re ready just let me know!” once I finally had the approval Erin provided extra samples for me in my bag for my time and congratulated me on my new role. Exceptional customer service and I’m definitely coming back and asking for them. Thank you Erin!

I love shopping Sephora more so online but the young ladies aren't so outwardly judgemental and I'm really grateful for them and their expert makeup knowledge!It's just always way too crowded and that's what I really don't like about going into the store to shop!

Ayva & Andie are the kindest Sephora associates I've ever met! They were so helpful, sweet, and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and at ease when shopping - I usually get anxious talking to associates at Sephora - and went out of their way to help me find my signature fragrance. Usually, I don't write reviews, but I wanted to spotlight them since they made my experience at the store wonderful!

If I can give 0 star, I would. Staff is so weird and especially rude if you don't buy stuffs in store and redeem your points/ birthday present. Very rushing in a sense that you feel like they just want you to walk out of the store. Really unfortunate that they are surrounded by many good stores and still manage to fail providing good customer service. Bottom line: the bad reviews about this place is true. Avoid avoid avoid!

I went in looking to make some changes with my everyday routine as well as get some suggestions for more colorful eye looks. Melissa was so helpful and knowledgeable! She asked the right questions, showed me some great options, and helped me understand how to use them. She was kind and fun to work with as well! Great experience, and I love my purchases!

prepare to be racially profiled!!! Many customers around us but we were the only ones asked if we needed anything. They also kept bothering us about leaving stuff at the front without asking anyone else. Seems very suspicious when we are the only darkerpeople around, and the only ones being bothered.
