I would give zero out of five stars if I could. I stopped at this location to find two products that were supposed to be in stock. There was no greeting when I walked in with my child. We walked the entire store twice trying to find these products. We found one, but not the other. I finally gave up finding the other one and tried to find someone to help. Instead, they refused to provide any kind of customer service by walking around the store to avoid helping us. So, we looked at our phones to find other locations where this product was in stock. Clearly, we needed assistance, but instead one worker waved at the other worker as if they had nothing to do and the other worker waved back, all the while we were standing in front of them. There were hardly any customers at the time. This is a smaller Sephora store, so there is no way they didn't see us. We walked out. The entire time it was obvious they didn't want to help us and treated us like we were invisible. They didn't have any trouble helping a white mom with her white daughter. These are two white women workers. I am a Brown SE Asian American. Their customer service is awful, if not nil. I wouldn't be surprised if their sales were low, due to this discriminatory practice of customer service. Their past reviews show a history of poor and racist service. This is another instance. Apparently, there hasn't been accountability in correcting this type of behavior. I will NEVER come back to this location. I would rather go to another location where people will acknowledge and appreciate my existence.

I had really bad experience looking for cologne! First of all they’re going through a “remodel” and don’t have any pricing or anything to look at which makes it really hard to pick the one I want to buy that day. I ask if they have any pricing or something to look at and the response is if I know what I want. Like tf kind of response is that, I know general pricing of most cologne but there might be a special going on where maybe the Chanel is priced lower than usual and they’re looking at me like I’m the problem for asking simple questions, if they had pricing out and colognes to look at I wouldn’t have needed to talk to anyone except maybe the person getting the cologne that I chose. Horrible experience and most likely will not come back. Unfortunately there’s no macys close by and prefer to do my fragrance shopping in store so maybe give it a try after I online shop for the first time in years. Thanks Sephora.

I shop here occasionally. They usually have what I need. Security is great! People that work there are friendly and helpful.

I really loved Sephora , but because of what happened today, I’ve decided not to go there again. The way security followed me while I was shopping made me feel like I was being treated as a threat, as if I came to steal. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected, almost like I don’t belong. I hope you can understand how hurtful and uncomfortable this situation has been for me.

Loved the ladies helping me!! I bought client gifts here. They had all the products I was looking for and recommended a few others. Conveniently located and easy parking!

Today I learned Sephora has a location in Ballard. Where have I been this entire time?? I normally shop at the Westlake location, and the U-District location when I am in need of Gucci Beauty products. I have to say that I am in love with the Ballard location! What I love about the Ballard location is how spacious and comfortable it feels to browse around. Everyone in store had just the right amount of friendliness and helpfulness to feel right at home. This location carries a great variety of brands: YSL, Armani, Fenty, Nars, etc. What stands out for me is their selection of Amika hair products. I love I can swing by here when I'm out of their Hydro Rush conditioner instead of having to order it online. While they have a great variety of brands, they do not carry Gucci or Pat McGrath products. However, I can always go to the U-Village location when I am in need of replacing those items. 5/5 stars, I'm definitely coming back.

I like Sephora and for the most part I want to shop in peace. Sephora associates are trained to be quite aggressive in asking customers if they need help. I get approached so many times while I am shopping at Sephora that it gets annoying and then I leave. At the very least, can you train your associates to NOT approach/interrupt customers when they are actively trying something on and looking in the mirror?

This location is great, everyone I've talked to has been very helpful, but I specifically want to thank Lulu - she was super sweet and spent a solid chunk of time helping me pick out an amazing lip color that makes me feel SO cute and confident. I wasn't sure I could pull off a dark lip, but she gassed me up and ensured me that it would work. And she was right, I'm in love with it. Thank you thank you thank you!

If you are thinking of getting your brows done here, please don’t. I’m attaching a photo of what they did to me - they peeled off so much of my skin around the brows; terribly painful and amateurish

This is the best Sephora in the Seattle area by far. Tends to be much less trafficked and very quiet as a result. You can actually walk through every aisle and check out without waiting for 20 minutes. The children also tend to be much quieter and well-behaved compared to the zoos of U Village and B Square for whatever reason

TERRIBLE customer service! I came for a pickup order and to look around this new location. Abby stopped me at the door and wouldn’t even walk me to the register to process my pickup order. I saw a concealer at the front display I’ve been wanting to try while she got my pickup order and she nearly snatched it out of my hand to scan it. She never said a friendly word or showed any form of customer appreciation after I spent over $100 at the store in a matter of minutes. I will stick to the UVillage location or even continue to drive all the way to Alderwood! 0/10 for customer service, thank you Abby for the experience.
