SFW did a terrific job repairing a large portion of our siding that the original house builders never installed properly, and they added a number of big improvements to how windows, vents, and other wall penetrations were guarded and sealed from moisture. Special compliments go to James and Roger, these two guys did phenomenal quality work, were professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely good people who I’d happily work with anytime.

I live in Enumclaw, Washington; my home has yellow Vinyl Siding that was probably installed 35+ years ago. When the Bomb Cyclone hit Western Washington, a 70 mph gust ripped a couple of pieces of siding off the house. The pieces were torn and not re-usable. I called SFW Construction after reading on their website that their coverage extended to Enumclaw and no job was too small.
Working with Justin, a member of the Sales Department, we were able to locate siding that was compatible with what I had. It wasn't the right color, but it is paintable.
The crew that was sent out to make the repairs, Brendon and Nathan, were very good. Start time was 7:30 am, but they were on site by 7:15 am. I walked them around, showed them what needed to be done and they went at. They replaced the broken pieces and then cleaned everything up. When they were done you couldn't tell they had even been there. I would absolutely recommend SFW Construction without reservation for any construction jobs needing done.

The folks that repaired our soffits and facia on our place were the best. They were so knowledgeable and patient. They were thorough and kind. We highly recommend SFW!!!

Excellent, timely service. I needed the siding and exterior wall of my garage fixed, and Brenden and Eddie did a fantastic job and were great guys to work with. Great communication from the whole company and I never felt uniformed about the status of the job. I highly recommend SFW.

My project was two corners of two buildings needing siding repair. One was aluminum with storm damage and the other was cedar and was rotting due to water ingress. James/Brian did a great job starting the project. And Edgar/Brendan did a great job finishing it. SFW stayed in constant communication and the entire team is awesome to work with.

SFW Construction helped me strip a lead painted door down to the beautiful bare wood for restoration. They picked up and delivered, and left the vintage door in great shape throughout the process!

Very thorough work. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to carefully investigate the sources of leaks located near one of the downspouts on our balcony as well as in certain areas of our roof. They also discovered and corrected problems with the construction of the chimney that could have eventually led to additional water leaks.

I worked with SFW Construction in December to locate and repair a leak in our townhouse roof that extended into our bedroom ceiling. Throughout the process, Justin (project lead), Brendan, and Bryan did an excellent job of making progress and keeping me informed through routine calls and texts with photos.
Given the placement of the leak—right near the primary gutter egress on our roof—they needed to tent the entire roof to prevent water from entering the hole that was cut. After some particularly heavy storms, this tenting briefly failed when a support pole collapsed. Justin responded promptly to an early morning weekend call, rushing up from Tacoma to Seattle to ensure everything was secure. His quick response and professionalism were incredibly reassuring.
In addition to on-site support, I worked with Bryan in SFW's operations department to support our insurance documentation needs. Bryan created a comprehensive damage report for our insurance company based on their forensic leak detection work and provided detailed daily documentation of all work performed. This support continued even after the project was complete, exceeding my expectations.
While dealing with a roof leak was an extremely stressful experience—and I hope never to need their services again—I cannot recommend SFW Construction highly enough for anyone facing a similar situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional.

This was a substantial project on our old garage. It included rebuilding part of a wall and replacing rotten wood. Communication from SFW was EXCELLENT and the workers were professional. From a new roof to new siding, our garage is stunning. What a difference! We recommend SFW Construction and their subcontractor Cole Roofing 10 out of 10 times!

Justin and Brendon did an exceptional job in replacing an old lanai and building out a new deck for my townhome. I appreciated their professionalism in keeping me informed every step of the way and suggesting cost effective options. Excellent craftsmanship!!!

Knowing what I know now, I would have taken my business elsewhere. You pay $150/hr and they said they'll be 2 but turned out to be 3 workers and 2 of them aren't really doing anything. One driver, one that tells them what to do, and the last one who actually does the work. I just saw them sit in their car when they aren't doing anything. Seriously, it's a one person job - why do you need so many workers for? Boo...I felt like they took advantage of a customer -unskilled at construction and assumed to be well-off?? The total bill was outrageous! Over $1600 for very little material (a few boards, nails, etc) to fix a corner of dry rot and a single siding that was out of place. I don't recommend them and I would not have them work on anything anymore.

Had some water leaking into my basement window. SFW identified the problem and quickly fixed it. The contractor provided me with photos through the whole process. Overall good service.

I was very impressed with SFW. We had a siding repair that was too small for other companies, even local handymen. They either refused to come out or didn’t show up when they were scheduled. SFW came out when they said they would, and had it repaired professionally and in a friendly manner in 25 minutes. Considering that they take on much larger projects, I am impressed with their customer service and willingness to take on this smaller repair.
