Rude and so very professional.I was looking for hala store around here to buy a whole lamb but the respond i got received when I called,makes not even want to go there if even they were giving out stuff for free

While the owner is the sweetest person ever, the staff are rude to an extend that shocks me. I called today to ask if there was a FRESH xalow and instead of a simple yes or no I was told “ why are you interviewing me, if you want something from the store come and get it?” with the same breath SHE added “ i have two boxes of xalwo left oh wait they are gone, bye!” I mean the audacity. Also, the butcher guys in the back would do anything to shoo you away cuz they are too lazy to actually cut meat per customer’s request. They desire nothing more for the customer to opt out for already cut options.

First off, I’ve gone here before only to be treated by a young girl with so much attitude or a guy that doesn’t care if you want prices or not, “you buying it or no? If no just put it Down!” On top of that horrible customer service this store smells like trash from the bins in they back they clearly NEVER keep clean, can smell this disgusting place from 4 blocks away, I live nearby and can confirm 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮halal meat nay looks fresh because you can’t see the mounds of meat they keep in the back and the disgusting rotting smell that comes from this place atleast one a month, disgusting. If you don’t care about your health and want to eat meat that has had flies all over it then go here!

First off, I’ve gone here before only to be treated by a young girl with so much attitude or a guy that doesn’t care if you want prices or not, “you buying it or no? If no just put it Down!” On top of that horrible customer service this store smells like trash from the bins in they back they clearly NEVER keep clean, can smell this disgusting place from 4 blocks before I get to my office (nearby bank)???????can’t imagine how many health violations are going on inside, better believe I called the health inspection office!

First of all , poor customer service , the casher is very rude and unprofessional, many people are voicing this problem ; the owner is losing customers because of this rude casher , he needs to fire her or educate her. Second , very expensive price ( unreasonable) compare to similar stores , third , parking problem. I am not going to shop there anymore , hope by correcting the above mentioned problems the owner could save other customers before they left him/her.

Nice people beautiful tea sets, just stopped in to buy some juice and bananas before we took a rainy walk at Seward park. I'm a former Southend girl and will always duck in one of the East African shops on Rainier for whatever..also bought some spices and contemplated buying some of their hair care products. The tea sets were so pretty with color full gems twinkling and sparkling
