Have gone through the trouble of riding the bus here to get a snack twice in a row only to find the doors locked and the folks inside signalling that the store is closed in the middle of the day. Don't bother going if you don't wanna risk the waste of time.

Since I'm forced to give them at least one star to post the review, I guess I will, but know that I would've rather not given them any. I rented a 15' truck last week for 4 hours. I started my rental at 1pm, had it back unscathed before 5 pm. The same guy that gave me the key and did my initial transaction for the truck is the one I handed the key back to. As I'm hanging him the key, I asked him if I had done everything necessary and he responded, "yes". I paid 70$ day of, still thinking that was more than what I thought it would cost. Then 2 days later (after I think this ordeal is over), I get a receipt for being charged 140$ by U-Haul. WTF. So I call the number on my receipt and of course after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, the guy that answered had no idea how to help me and gave me another number to call "for a refund". So I called that number and spoke to a rude lady who only reread to me everything on the receipt I had already read over 47 times already. Once again, couldn't give me a refund, but instead offered to put in a dispute and then hung up on me. So instead of wait on hold for someone else at the second number, I called the place I actually rented from. Which is in a sketchy shell station, but whatever. Next was the icing on the cake. I spoke to a crotchety, miserable woman who didn't listen to me AT ALL, but instead just continually told me about policies, rules etc. regarding U-haul and their return policies that are apparently plastered all over the gas station. What I gathered from what I have been told and dealt with this morning is: that I should have known that no matter how much on time you return the truck, according to them your actual return time is when they get it entered into the computer, and since I brought it back at 1650 and my return time on paper is 2150, I would say they take their sweet time. I also learned that absolutely no one working for U-Haul here is helpful, and also I would NEVER rent from ARS Fresno llc in the Shell station on 75th ever again.

Seriously asking 15cents extra a gallon to use a debit?!? Ridiculous, rip off . Won't be coming back .

This place had fuel and the people weren't rude, but seems like some questionnable practices. When I bought gas and paid at the pump, the interface asked if I wanted a car wash. There was no price listed and I incorrectly guessed that maybe it was free since I had bought $60 in gas (I guess I am still used to the days when a fill-up bought a carwash). I will say that even if it wasn't free I was okay with paying for one, but it was weird that it didn't list a price. Then I drove around to the carwash and there was no indication that they carwash was closed. So I drove back around to the front and went in and asked if I could use it. They said that the carwash was broken and it had been for a while and they didn't know when it would be running again. At the time I thought it was no big deal since I had sort of assumed it was free (my mistake to assume, and yes I do know better). Now that I look at my receipt for that purchase I see that I was actually charged for a carwash. Again, I would have been fine paying for one if I could actually get one. My reasons for a 2-star review: 1. I think it is shady that when I asked if I could go through the carwash they didn't ask if I needed a refund when it was quite clear that I had already paid for one (since they would have known that they didn't give me a free carwash) 2. If the carwash was broken they should remove the option from the pump check out process. There was no signage or indication that the carwash was broken. I'm sure others have done the same thing not realizing they've been charged. 3. When the carwash is actually running, they should add the price of a carwash to the pump interface so people know that they are paying for the carwash.

Try not to deal with staff if renting a UHAUL. I got kicked out of the Mini Mart while I was on the phone with UHaul because there was an error on my reservation. I was told "you cannot stand in here while on the phone, go outside". There were no other customers in the shop. Worst of it, what looked like to be the manager, told the one other staff member to kick me out. Never been kicked out of a convenience store before. This was about 6 months ago.

Frequently pumps are not working and there is no signage to tell you. And when you go in the store to inquire, they say they already know it is a problem. Often the pumps do not print receipts, so you have to go into the store. And if you go in and say something you are met with indifference. A horrible morning manager -- who not only has no people skills -- but is actively rude and seeks to argue even when you are reporting a quantifiable problem. This is not once in a while (someone having a bad day), but has happened on multiple occasions with multiple people. Go up the street to a better place ... this place is a dump.

I hate this place. In fact, I haven't gone there in a while because I hate it so much. Previously my criticisms were for the always broken pumps and the rude people who work there. Well the place got a revamp and I went back. Big mistake. The sign at the register said "cash only." My response was, "What is it with this place?" The idiot at the register said, "No, it works. The manager put the sign out because he wants cash for the register." I gave the idiot cash anyway and then went to go pump the gas. It wasn't working. I went back in and told the idiot that it wasn't working. He comes out and tries it. He says I'm going to reset it. I give him a few minutes and then try again. Still not working. The idiot comes running out swearing at me. WTH? After swearing at me he yelled at me to let him reset it again. Then he comes out and tells me it should work now. What an idiot. Definitely not going back their again.

First off, the regular gas was out of service on all pumps which meant fill with more expensive gas (yes I could have drove around to find another station, but was already low on gas) I also needed to pump air into tires (that's why I picked this place because they had air) and it cost $1.50 for air, which I thought was a bit off a rip off, but I guess that's how much it costs these days. I needed change so went inside to ask for change for air, and attendant said he could not open the register without a purchase. Seriously? I just spent $50+ on the expensive gas. Would avoid this station if you have a choice.

The grey haired old guy going bald that works at this station is rude, condescending and one of the most unfriendly people I have encountered in a customer service position. The pumps, vacuum, and car wash rarely work. Go to the Chevron station just south for a more pleasant experience.

This gas station is always BROKEN in some form or another. Tonight no gas would pump, so I backed up and tried the pump behind me. No gas would pump. I looked around and saw other cars also moving to different pumps. What in the heck?! The 2 failures flagged my credit card, and it declined at my next stop. Thank you very much!! All the reviews here are cracking me up. True, every one.

Update: 5 months later the signs are still there. Issues not fixed. Lame. Employees here have always treated me like I was a pest rather than a customer. They york the time to mark each and every screen with these signs that say their pump displays don't work. But it looks like they've been here a little while and perhaps they should fix them instead.
