They just added a whole section to the left when you walk in that has hot coffee and cocoa with pastries. The person at the counter was very nice ?

It would be good if they had tap to pay on the pumps... Skimmers on credit card dip/swipe at gas pumps are a big cause of getting your card number stolen. But besides that it's a fairly straightforward gas station. Despite being in Magnolia the prices are ok.

I showed up at this gas station at 10:35 and online it said it was still open and I had to drive all the way across town with no gas to get here and when I got here the store worker was changing the door shut and when I asked if the store was open she proceeded to tell me she was just chaining the door for decoration with a disrespectful tone and attitude that was completely unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't recommend at all. I give 0 stars.

I bought a pack of licorice here today that had a “Best By:†date of 12/14/2018. Today is 10/05/2019. These should have been off the shelves nearly a year ago....

The station converted its former car repair garage into a mini-mart selling beer and junk food. Most employees seem very nice and courteous. It's convenient for local residents near Discovery Park to put a few gallons in the tank. Unfortunately, the owner is an unbelievably arrogant j*** who is perpetually in a foul mood. It only takes two seconds to realize just how superior to the rest of the world this guy really thinks he is. When he's not busy with berating and attacking customers, then he's abusing his employees into cowering submission, or screaming expletives at the top of his lungs toward random passing cyclists and pedestrians. It seems every human being on the planet is some kind of horrific problem for this guy. His mother must be terribly ashamed of him. Avoid.

Service is quite slow. Staff is not rude but not also helpful.

These people are as unethical as they come. In addition to selling gas, they are a Uhaul franchisee. I rented a truck from Uhaul and they directed me to pick up from these thieves. Initially the clerk was fine, but when I prepared to leave, I noticed that the gas in the tank had about five gallons less than the gas as shown on my checkout form. The clerk became rude when I challenged him on this. It was Trumpian. He was trying to convince me that I couldn't read the gauge. He finally relented but said "you can't afford a few gallons of gas?" When I returned to these thieves, the clerk wasn't going to do a walk around of the vehicle with me. I insisted. He did and told me there were no additional charges. Fortunately, I took pictures of everything. When I got home, they emailed me a receipt. Low and behold, the fraudsters charged me about $18 for additional gas. So twice these crooks outright lied to me. I called Uhaul and they put an area manager on the case. I offered my pictures but the clerk on the phone said it was not necessary. He thought that the manager would refund my money. In case I am not being clear, these people will rob you blind and outright lie to your face.

New store, same problems. Employee smoking out front and bad service. The other reviews are accurate regarding the ice cream - it's a good selection.

I've been discriminated against by this station. I live w/MS & have a Disability Placard. Thank goodness the ADA law allows you to honk twice, show your placard & an employee will fill your tank. I've done so at this station a few times, & they've never really been happy to help me. Even saying they should charge me the full service price. Today, no other patrons were there, and the attendant (I think owner) told me he'll no longer do this because it's inconvenient for him. I explained it's the law. He really didn't care. I hate to be nasty, but we will no longer do any business w/them.

Good to excellent service, super clean everything + pay cash and save , prices here are super for a neighborhood station. The ownership looks to have pride in both operation and look of place. Full service as in shop repairs, incredible! Thank you Analgy for repairing for repairing

I have used Alnagy Shell on government way for at least 10 years, and received very good service and honest estimates. Thank you to all the mechanics there, and to the boss. Marino D.

I am editing my review a bit after the manager commented to my original review (see below). I will not change my original review wording because it is correct. They DID work on the car a number of times before I bought it...new ignition coil, spark plug wires, rotor, plugs, etc. and a new radiator. His comment to my review is not accurate. Also, the insinuation that I am cheap because I bring in my own oil gives you an idea of the general attitude of the manager of this station. Buying your own, full synthetic oil and saving $40 on an oil change is smart in my opinion. If the manager doesnt like people doing this, he should change their policy regarding people bringing in their own parts, oil, etc. for installation. I will add a Star to my original review and say that TONY, BILLY and Ken, who no longer works there, were ALWAYS polite, do great work, and are usually able to squeeze you in to plug a tire, etc. Like I said in my original review, it is a good place to bring your vehicle for routine maintenance. And the recommendation to NOT use ARCO gas was seconded by other mechanics. --- original review --- Charged me $200 to troubleshoot a car they have been doing maintenance on for years prior to my ownership of the vehicle. Car was having problems starting AFTER the engine was warm. First, they denied having worked on the vehicle and knowing its history so i showed them all their repair and service records from the previous owner. They replaced the spark plugs and told me to buy their gas because its the best and would fix the problem. Warm starting problems continued. I did some internet research and talked to another mechanic with honda experience. Both said the same thing...replace the main relay. So i did it myself for $30 in 15 minutes. Car runs great. No starting problems. I would trust them with an oil change but thats about it.
