not a single price sticker on anything in the store, no really. clerk nowhere in sight. strangest thing i've seen in awhile.walked in, walked out. its actually crazy that they can get away with no price stickers on products and expect people to ignore that. i refuse to patronize them. hopefully we get another 7/11 here or something

This place has a convenience store that is conspicuously more expensive than ANYWHERE else. You will raise your eyebrows, no matter what you buy. Gas, too. I don't know what they think they're doing, or what mobster they owe ?, but I'll usually pass. Service is fine in my experience, though.

Stopped in with a flat tire. Needed $1.50 for the air machine, only had 50 cents in change on me. Asked for the cashier to break a dollar for me and they refused. Offered to buy something to try and get a dollar of the change in quarters, still no. Had to walk across the street to a wine shop in the pouring rain, which happily obliged. Way to help out your community, guys!!!!!!!!!

Shell is a national gas station chain with convenience stores as well. This specific location is easily one of the worst I've been too, and multiple instances (not just one time) since unfortunately it's so close by. They aren't friendly at all, they are closed at random times when they should be open, and during COVID have permanently closed the inside and take cash only (literally been like this for months). Also, if an item doesn't fit through their small window, they won't sell it to you. Honestly, not even worth pulling into the parking lot because of their lazy employees who also end up being really rude anyways. Pretty hard to get a 1 star rating these days, but really easy for this sad excuse for a business.

Nice lady who helped me, the pump didn't work...but she didn't wear a mask even when she came outside to fix it. Where is my horror emoji?

Best candy selection ever! Employees are wearing masks, except for the medically exempt, but they're behind a sheet of plastic. Also this store has a pass thru window as an option, so not sure what the big deal is, if you don't want to go in the store use the window! Very nice staff, great place!!

They're doing nothing to enforce mask wearing inside their convenience store. The prices for their goods are extremely high. Also, they don't post any of their prices, so you don't know you're going to get screwed until you get to the counter. And as others have said, their gas prices are some of the highest on 15th. Why not go to the Shell at either of the Safeways (Market or 83rd) instead?

I've been here probably six times since covid became an issue, and every single time the employees haven't been wearing masks. A few times they had masks around their necks, but never on their actual faces. This time I saw signs all over the outside of the store noting MASKS REQUIRED, so I decided to give it a go. Once again, the employee wasn't wearing a mask, despite three customers in the store all donning them. Apparently they expect their customers to help protect their lives, but they can't be bothered to do the same for us. Never going back.
