This Shell station is closest to my home and I buy all of my gas here, four cars. I've never had bad gas here and the station is fairly well maintained. There's always good squeegees on water but sometimes the paper towels run out. The owner is a nice guy.

Absolute ripoff, and they'll round up to short change you without asking or acknowledging. Go anywhere else in Greenwood.

Have you ever heard of the coffee punch cards. Buy 5 Coffees and the 6th one free right. I've been buying coffee and getting card punched. 0 the employees will still charge me and not honor the card they advertising. The store has no 4 cup cupholders! Plus to have to buy 5 then the 6 one free doesn't make since. Just taxing the disadvantaged and busy bodies on the go. There is no way to even walk out with 6cups of coffee. The day crew may need some help not charging extra cents for products I see. Receipts please

Avoid this gas station at all cost. The owner is rude and hostile. This is an unsafe environment. I'm shocked that Shell allows this to continue

If I could leave a zero star review I would. My wife and I have been regular customers since the place opened years ago. Today my wife tried to pay at the pump but it was not working. She entered and prepaid $50 in gas (as shown in time stamped receipt by them). The pump failed again and when she went back inside they said they didn't believe her. The gas gauge is on empty and the pump didn't show a $50 gas expenditure (both of which were shown to the employee). My wife asked for a refund and was refused, told she didn't have proof (receipt, gas gauge on empty and no indication on pump that was prepaid that any gas was pumped weren't considered proof by the employee). Called the manager who refused to help and said he was unavailable to do anything cause he's "out of town" and that we were welcome to try to stop payment with our credit card issuer.This is the equivalent of theft (reverse roles, we pump $50 in gas and leave...they took $50 from us and provided nothing in return). Do NOT shop at this shell.

Worst gas station ever will never return asked to use the bathroom he said we had to be paying customers so of course I went ahead and look for stuff to buy in the convenience store and he said no you have to purchase gas and then he told me not to park at the gas pump When there's no parking available because he was unloading drinks into his convenient store sad that the blue-collar worker can't stop by just to use the restroom people are so inconsiderate up here all we want to use the restroom and buy some things wish I could leave a zero star review because that's what this guy deserves. his demeanor and how he spoke to me and my coworker was very uncalled for.

To Jasmine,The “Owner” you’re referring to is the father of the sons that work there. real father son love is real and that’s what it looks like :) i tend to give them my business at least once or twice a week. Couldn’t recommend this family more. they are good people.

Do not support this place! The employees are SO nice but the owner treats them horribly! He has a big head and thinks he can treat them like they’re nothing when they create his customers. Don’t give him money. The employees can find better work else where, especially these days. I don’t know why they put up with him

Overpriced! Needed OJ in a pinch, but they wanted $7 (double what Fred Meyer charges). Staff can be rude (talking on phone/texting before ringing you up, toss your items back towards you on the counter after scanning, etc.) The only reasonably priced items is the beer - everything else is inflated by a little or a lot

They have the best gas prices around compared to all the other Shell locations nearby! If you use your Kroger rewards, their gas prices are almost as cheap as Costco!Normally, I wouldn't review a gas station since there's not much to review unless it's dirty, sketchy, or you got bad service there. However, I went to fill up my gas the other day, and I noticed that the employees were cleaning down/sanitizing the pumps. They weren't half assing the job either. They were taking their time to clean the entire pump station on both sides.As someone who lives with a person who is in the high risk category for COVID, I really appreciated seeing that they were taking the time to sanitize their pumps.
