Just a heads-up, despite what Google says, this place is NOT open 24 hours. At 3:30 AM, it's locked up tight, so if you're running on fumes and need a cash-friendly gas stop in Seattle overnight, this won't be it. Best of luck finding an alternative!

The old man at the store is rude. I asked him to blow some air and he treated me badly and called me racial insults. These types of people should not work for the public.

I previously reviewed this store thinking it was a different store. No no no the CSR was SOOOOOO polite and helpful and SUPER busy. Still getting EVERYTHING done in an impressive timely fashion. Kudos Mr dude man guy! The "afternoon on memorial Day" worker guy! Thanx ?

Not so good go if you need anything other than gas. I stopped here because my tire was in need of air. Unfortunately this location does not offer that. I attempted to ask staff but there was no one in the garage or at the “checkout” counter.

Prices for gas are more reasonable than most Shell stations

Best gas prices in the area, aside from another gas station nearby which has good everyday deals on gas only a few blocks away.

Incredibly rude young lady working inside. She came out yelling at me, called me a bunch of cussed names, and threatened me. It's the worst customer service and most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from any employee. She needs to go.I will NEVER go back!

Never coming back here again!! The worst customer service I’ve ever had the experience of encountering first hand while just asking for propane to be filled - was bombarded by the young female at the front desk who wasn’t even wearing a uniform (couldn’t tell she worked there). If associates are allowed to treat people with this level of disrespect for asking them to do their job I don’t want their service.A simple task turned into this employee questioning my intelligence. What a shame what this new generation has come to. I would never hire anyone of this caliber.

A bit sketchy folks posted up around. Prices are average, nothing to write home about. Most pumps are operational most times or serviced quickly. Can be difficult at peak times getting in and out of filling areas due to small parking lot and density.

Spencer’s Service Center is my favorite Shell station near to my house because the prices are lower. It’s clean! I also like that it’s locally owned and operated. Folks inside are always friendly and professional.

Great service! We had an issue with the gas pump and the clerk at the front immediately refunded us.

Awesome spot to get a propane refill near West Seattle. Courteous employee refilled me on a stormy night in the rain. Thank you!

Today is the second time that I watched the guy working the office be nasty to customers. The first time, I assumed that there was something on the customer side. But today when I went in to fill my propane tank, the woman in front of beckoned me to go ahead and when I started to ask for assistance filling my propane tank I was met with a nasty response that he “helps one customer at a time by choice” while he crossed his arms and wagged his head at me.I don’t appreciate being treated like some adolescent who doesn’t understand how to stand in line, especially when the woman in front of me indicated that I should go ahead. I’d love to patronize a local business—this is the closet gas station to my home—but it is not the only game in town. If the staff (owner?) can’t even be bothered to be polite, I’m sure as heck not going to give them my money. I’ll buy elsewhere. From reading some other reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who feels this way.Follow-up: it turns out McLendon Hardware refills propane tanks as well. Service there was what you would would expect and prices were fair. I’ll definitely be going to McClendon’s for my propane from now on.
