I would have given this store a 5 star rating based on Jay. Jay always listens, asks questions, recommends and gets it done without any sort of hostility. Today I got in, see Jay yet a woman counter person looks at me, so I start explaining I need a primer, due to west highland white taking 4 coats to cover cream walls, her next question was did I use primer, I said that's why I'm here to order primer, she continue to ask more questions on the type of wall etc. Which all wasn't necessary in my opinion, I just wanted a primer to coat the walls first then paint westhighland white. Just needed a primer. Can I order a primer. She went to the back got another staff member who starts off with a flat tone, zero friendliness like the first person. I explained the situation and I just wanted a primer. I didnt need anyone defending the westhighland white, I just came.in for primer. Midway through the order, he stops, goes to the person who just walked in, hugged them, happy to see each other, then helped the next person in line leaving me standing there wondering why did I even go to this store on a Monday morning.
Jay is amazing, happy, smiles and always polite when you walk in. Customer service at its best. The woman and man with dreadlocks, rude, annoyed that I just wanted primer. No greeting, nothing. Today has me thinking of going to another paint supply store for nice customer service and not being defensive over a CUSTOMER explaining a situation.
Sad that 2 people have me questioning our long standing account at sherwin williams...the grumpy store on leary way.

10/10. Walked in - walked out, in less than 5 minutes with the paint I needed. Customer service was amazing. Highly recommend. Also, tons of parking spots.

This store really irks me for having a lazy and uncaring demeanor about the neighborhood. The neighborhood council has repeatedly asked to clean the graffiti off their building and they say they will do it. Yet they neve do. They have the supplies for heaven's sake! It is a paint store. Clean up your storefront if you want to charge those prices, it's pathetic.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was told that they couldn’t sell me the paint I needed because they were closing in 10 minutes??? What kind of service is that? If you are in the store you should be allowed to complete your purchase. Really disappointed.

What a great group of Proffesional’s! They were able to dig deep and locate difficult Seaguard products for a major event, MEGARUST 2021. I can’t thank them enough for going way above and beyond, I highly recommend this location, and Sherwin Williams products!

This store does a lot of Contractor accounts, so I wasn’t sure if they sold to the general public. They do, and were so helpful. Clearly marked social distancing areas, and everyone was masked up. I would particularly like to mention TJ, who helped with my order. I had questions about the fixes needed & what supplies were appropriate - I’m a renter, and this isn’t on my normal task list. He was such a help!

Nicest staff ever! We had a lot of questions about a large paint job we were embarking on and these guys were patient and helpful. Even helping us figure out what would be the best option for our budget without sacrificing quality. I know you can get SW paint at Lowes, but the experience with these guys makes it worth the trip to the actual store. Also, this is the first time we have been happy with our final color result so I'm now a SW store girl.
