NO OFFENSE BUT THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGERS ARE TEXTING AND IGNORING THE CUSTOMERS PERSONALITY IS A BIG FACTOR AND THEY JUST DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA ON HOW TO HELP NOR DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. I SPOKE WITH THEM AND IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS. I AM 100% SURE MY COMPANY NOR I WILL PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN. I TEND TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES BY SHARING MY PROFITS WITH THEM.

Sales associate at the Ballard store knows her stuff. She was able match a sample I brought in, help me identify the correct finish, and mixed a can of paint that was a pefect match for the job I was doing.

Awkward parking lot with a camped minivan and 2 large encampments at the corner of the lot. The exit was also hilly and tight to get out. People working there were friendly, but weren't able to help me find a match for Milgard's black windows, which I feel like shouldn't be too uncommon. Definitely don't feel safe enough to go back with my toddler until they clean the area up :(

Nick is extremely helpful. He has deep understanding of stains. I’ve spoken to about 10 different associates across multiple stores and no one could help me with a good match like Nick could. He explained and educated. Was also very patient. While others made me feel like a crazy lady, cause they didn’t understand stains themselves.

Everyone working here was very nice, and although they didn’t have the paint I needed, they went out of their way to help my find a place where I could find it. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because I don’t think their method of only stocking paint at the beginning of each quarter is the most efficient, and this practice led to them being out of stock of what I needed.

Consistently bad service at this branch. I ordered paint online and waited over two hours for it (when the website said it should take less than 2), went in to check on it and they said they didn’t have it in stock, but they couldn’t cancel it or send it to another branch because there was no manager on site. A phone call to let me know my order couldn’t be fulfilled would have been nice.

Sherwin-Williams is great paint. But, don't go to this branch. They are short-staffed and have less knowledgable help. Head down to the better branch on Leary Way!
