Once more the store had no plastic liners for the hand held “paint pails” they sell. When I asked why the reply was that they always sell out quickly. When I asked “ then why don’t you order larger quantities “ the reply was “I don’t know. Maybe we don’t want to take the risk.”
To me that is the definition of poor management!

This store is not the closest one to my house but I always go here due to their exceptional customer service. The manager, Eddie , is helpful at identifying what I need as I talk through the various projects we have going on. I really appreciate his team too - they have been able to custom match a few colors that I needed in a bind - worth driving a little farther to support this location in my opinion.

Well this is the first time I left a 1 star review anywhere because it is the worst customer experience ever. I went to this SW store to do a color match. I explained what I wanted to do with one staff member, and that guy did the color match and showed the result to me saying it’s 100% matched. While it was clearly not matched, I asked politely if he can further adjust it a little bit. He was impatient but finally admitted the color didn’t match and went back to adjust. After 3 minutes, he came back with the paint and said it is what it is and he couldn’t do more and I couldn’t return it either. I asked if he could at least show me the color match result after adjusting, he just ignored my question and walked away! It was just 10 minutes since I came in the door, the staff was already impatient and he was contemptuous and unprofessional. While I totally understand the color match is challenging and no 100% match guaranteed, I wouldn’t expect any customer to be treated disdainfully in such a contemptuous way.I drove 30 minutes to this store because I’ve been here multiple times before and liked most staff members. But after this time, I will never come back again.

Very attentive and helpful customer service. I just went in to look at color samples and the person who helped me was new but was able to answer all my questions and pointed out that the color chips had coordinating colors printed on the back.
