Quoted me $1500, took items that weren't on my list, didn't call me at pick up, took other people's stuff (mine was marked). Held my stuff quoting me $5000!! They refused to take back the other items and I ended up LOSING ALL MY BELONGINGS. Thieves!

Arranged to move a chair from Seattle to Portland. Was quoted 3 weeks. It's been 6, and still no word on when it will come or be delivered. Would not recommend, cannot imagine who this service is for. Would've been cheaper, easier and faster to drive a U-Haul myself or pay someone on Craigslist to do the same. Was told by my friend the people who picked up the chair in were blazingly stoned, too, which makes me worried.

Do NOT use this moving company. They are unprofessional from their communication to their estimates. I am absolutely outraged I trusted this moving company. I had my stuff picked up on Dec. 15th and did not hear a peep from this company until Jan. 6th. In the beginning they estimated my move at $1200 and about a month later they not only doubled my move, they increased it more than doubling it! Totaling it to $3000 for a bed frame, mattress, small couch and table from WA to CA. To estimate something THAT far off is absolutely ridiculous! And I honestly feel disrespected as a customer. They clearly they do not know how to estimate and do their jobs accurately.A very shady company! I should have never contacted this company. This company can NOT be trusted. I highly do NOT recommend this moving company.

Wow, Ship Smart just contacted me a year after. I had completely forgotten about this review until now. Last year they had paid me half of the value of the rug that was damaged because that is what I had ensured it for. They just called me and refunded me the full value of the rug. I would recommend using them seeing their customer service.

it took 13 days to get a quote back. the person taking the quote expressed a flippant attitude after i provided my ethnic name. i sent inventory and pictures. they quoted over 4k for a studio apt move. twice the most expensive competitor price. beware.

Awesome shipping company for small furniture items that just aren't large enough to qualify for the large van lines. Fantastic pricing. I shipped two antique pieces of furniture from Seattle WA to Grand Rapids MI. Shipping was timely. Crews on both ends were very professional and efficient. And best part is furniture was so well packed/transported, it arrived at destination in pristine condition. Thank you ship smart! Will definitely work with you again!

They did a great job, communications were as described. The shipment arrived in the timeline provided and in great condition. Every employee interaction was pleasant. I was very impressed with the custom crate made for a piece of antique furniture. Price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Ship Smart for any small moves (those where a large mover is not an option).

I had a myriad of fragile items shipped that included antique glass cake plates, rocking chairs and pieces of art. All items were intact on delivery. I could not have been more pleased. Service man who delivered items was pleasant and timely. Quote was right on with no hidden charges. All in all a very good experience.

I had an old barber chair in storage in Spokane, Washington and after talking to several other companies, I decided to have Ship Smart package and ship the barber chair to me here in Laughlin, Nevada. They were the least expensive on rates, and highest in customer service, as my chair arrived in perfect condition as promised and on time. I honestly don't believe I could have gotten any better service from any other company.
