Shive was quick, kind, responsive and so professional. FINALLY a company with QUALITY CONTROL! Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them. looks like this business is ONLINE only. I can remove this review (I haven't used the service), but is there any way to make it more obvious to people that they shouldn't show up at the address listed? It is pretty irritating to rush there right before the listed closing time only to realize there's no physical location!
