Don’t play when it comes to this store - customer service is insanely knowledgeable and patient. Walked me through various options and provided practical examples on how I would feel in some brands vs other brands. All questions I had were answered easily. Thanks so much!

Justin is the person you want to see; super understanding and knowledgeable. I came in looking to revitalize my love for inline skates after a decade without skating. Honestly I had all my questions resolved in under an hour and they really didn't try to upsell me on anything just for the sake of sales, which I appreciated a lot. I got the chance to explore multiple models and configurations, a service you just can't get through the internet. I ended up with the FR 1 hard boot skates with 80mm wheels because I wanted the best and I cant say enough how awesome these skates are. I am looking forward to taking up their recommendation to skate with Seattle distance skate group.

This place is fantastic. For a small shop their selection is excellent. Everyone is very knowledgeable, I came in to buy my daughter her first pair of skates and also had some questions about liners for mine and they were able to answer all of my questions. They were great about making sure we both tried out the products and were happy before we bought anything.Seriously this place is a gem, stop by if you need anything skate related.

Amazing service! It has been a long time since I last owned a pair of inline skates and didn't really know what I wanted when I walked in. Brian did a great job of answering questions, sharing his expertise on the different skates, what to expect during the break-in period, and made some excellent recommendations to keep my analysis paralysis at bay. I was so happy with my experience that I decided to pick up a pair for my daughter as well. We tried out our skates later that day and were both really happy with what we got. If you need some help finding a pair of skates that fit perfectly to your needs, definitely check this place out!

Excellent service and selection with knowledgeable and courteous staff. We stayed a little past closing which we didn’t intend, but were met with graciousness and kindness. Tried on a few pairs,rolled out with 2 new inline skates we can’t wait to try. Prices were comparable to online, but here you get to try them on, test them out, and best of all learn from the source. Go. Here. Support local businesses. Try and go play!

Staff were fast to ask if I needed help and welcome me in when I came in on a Sunday. Very knowledgeable guys.I was visiting from Portland and they didn't mind all my questions and taking me down the line of all the inlines I might be interested in. I felt like the guy helping me (I am sorry I didn't catch his name) was patient and listened to what I was actually looking for. He was absolutely helpful & supportive! He even skated with the group in Portland that I love to meet up and skate with downtown. (Follow us on IG: Bridge City Skate, join us sometime!) ☀️They fitted my feet and sized me for free. Which was super helpful and kind! I was able to lace and buckle up, and they let me demo a pair right there inside the shop. It was a great experience. I waited months to finally make the nearly 4 hour trip up North to this shop and I'm so glad I did! I now know what size I am in and what I'm looking for. Thank you so much!

High quality products and fantastic online customer service. I grew up skating and now that my child is old enough and into it needed a pair of liners for a pair of skates we already had; nothing fancy just something that he could use (specially since I was ordering online). My expectation was absolutely exceeded; the liners they are comfortable and look durable. My interactions with the staff were positive, I received the order earlier than expected which makes it even better.

Awesome shop! Visiting from out of town and dropped in close to their closing time but they still took time to chat and show me skates I was interested in. Locals are lucky to have such a nice in-line skate shop!

Just ordered my first pair of rollerblades from this shop and I cannot recommend this place enough. I called the shop with some questions and Brian (I hope so spelled his name correctly) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased the FRX 80 rollerblades from FR. These rollerblades are fantastic. They ran true to size and got the same size as my regular shoe size. Ordered them on Wednesday and arrived on Friday from Seattle to Los Angeles!

Wonderful wonderful shop with super helpful people working there. I got safety gear, skates, and a ton of great advice. Definitely the place to go if you want to talk to people who know about all kinds of skating- the big box stores won't have this kind of knowledge.
