“I went in to pick up an order that hadn't actually been sent, but to determine that, one employee did a thorough search of all recent orders-- on the shelf and in the computer. Work resent it with a pick-up date for the next day. I confirmed with another employee to make sure the order was really in this time, and they said, "I think I can save you a trip back. Can you wait 15 minutes while I print these for you now?" After a frustrating day, these employees showed such kindness, compassion, efficiency, and work ethic that it turned my day around! “Shive was quick, kind, responsive and so professional. FINALLY a company with QUALITY CONTROL! Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them. Camron was friendly and helpful. Not the place to go for large packages or crafts. But there is a printer and shipping supplies for reg-normal size.”

He was so patient, kind and in record time got my item all packed & ready for Fedex to send to my family member in Hawaii. He's thoughtful and smart -- helped me with a few questions -- he knows his store & product. I wish there were Caseys in every customer service position around the country. (At ANY kind of store! Hahah!) I live in L.A. but travel to Seattle occasionally and I so appreciate this location in Seattle; I have used it before. Your employee, Casey, is topnotch and a fantastic representative of Fedex Office. (P.S. I'm not a relative! I really mean this! Hahah!)”

“I love this store. The employees are amazing.BUT being closed on MLK day is 100% unacceptable. You're not a bank. Things need to be mailed regardless of a national holiday that is ONLY recognized by banks. You need to be open for these holidays. News Years, Christmas, Thanks giving, 3th if July. These are normal. This is not.”

“What you expect from a Staples store, all the office supplies your looking for and staffed relatively well whenever I go in. I would still go here over a FedEx office and print store, the prices for printing and scanning are way more reasonable and staff have been competent in helping with print orders. Easy return location for Amazon return packages.”
