“Sam (mgr) and her team (particularly copying staff Fiona, Manu) are consistently personable, welcoming, informative, kind and efficient. One is welcomed into the store by at least one staff member every time and bid goodbye on exit. There is truly a culture of care in attending to customers needs.
This is the closest business supply and copy place to my clinic. I visit multiple times a month and recently did a big printing job for the holidays for my patients. Even when things go a lil sideways, the staff is dedicated to put everything right and do so with grace and care. Grateful you're close.”
“Great overall experience! Michael assisted us in getting everything done for a custom sign that we wanted created and installed for a new alterations location in Downtown Seattle. Our store is in an old historic building, and this created additional permits and steps in order to get approved. Michael helped us in every step of the way, from start to finish. “Shive was quick, kind, responsive and so professional. FINALLY a company with QUALITY CONTROL! Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them. “Convenient and quick location for dropping off packages. If you already have a QR code, the process can be a little confusing, it’s not always clear whether you should complete the transaction yourself at the kiosk or have an associate assist you. I tried to get clarification from an associate but wasn’t able to get a clear answer. Despite that, the location is convenient and makes package drop-offs fast and easy.”
“This location does not charge any extra fees when dropping off pre-paid labels, like other FedEx locations in the area do. I highly recommend dropping off your packages at this FedEx location near Whole Foods, rather than the other locations.”

Dropping only 1 star as the self-service suddenly went down requiring reboot and maintenance. I also requested first pages to be printed but whole pages were printed. Overall happy with this location and kudos to the staff.”
