“I rarely give 5 stars. Sure, the aesthetics are what they are, an ex UPS store that hasn’t really been updated. But what makes this place worth the rating is the sincerity of the employees. They advocated for me to get a refund from UPD when they could have left me on my own. They were so flexible and courteous with the resulting reshipment. The outcome was exactly what I needed when it could have been a disaster. Even waiting in the store you can hear them being extra neighborly to customers, an increasingly rare thing. I hope they stay in business.”
“Brian went above and beyond to help me navigate the confusing process of creating an international return shipping label on the computer onsite.
He even took the time to double check the visa center’s instructions email and caught an important mistake I had made! To make sure everything went smoothly, he also printed backup copies of the label and invoice so there wouldn’t be any hiccups when the visa center sends my documents back!

“Staff here are super efficient and friendly. Amazon returns are a breeze here and I almost always get my refund within a day. Be sure to use the handy self-service kiosk for easy drop offs when there's a line and you don't want to wait!

Poly mailers: $2-$3.50
Tuck top boxes: $2.50-$6
Packaging tape with dispenser: $4.89
Fiberboard mailers: $2.19-$3.50
They also sell mattress bags from twin to king size, though I didn't get a photo of the price.”

“I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly.
Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend.
This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well.
The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”
“We are in town doing chores and “print jobs” for our son’s wedding this weekend. The staff at this FedEx are amazing, positive, get the job done ASAP and get it right. I didn’t even ask them to correctly print up complicated little name table tents, and guest lists immediately..they just did it. On the spot. No mistakes. Great prices. Gregory is above and beyond excellent, but everyone was friendly and helpful. If I could, I would move this FedEx staff to San Francisco! Lucky you, Seattle.”

“I've picked up here many times and I've never had an issue. As others have said entrance is on Marginal Way. When you come in park to the right. Check in is all the way at the end of the building. They are extremely by appointment so unless you just need a place to park it's best to just arrive on time. No overnight parking but you can stage as early as you want so long as they are open. Staff is efficient and professional. Loading takes about an hour from when you get on the dock. I will gladly pick up from here again!”

Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare.
