1211 E Denny Way, Seattle“I love this place. I've used them on several occasions over the last few years and every time their customer service is excellent--they treat me as if I was a friend coming over for a visit. Typically I pack my own packages but with the crunch of the holidays, I didn't have time to find a box, buy tape, etc. So today I asked them to do it--so fast, so easy, and very affordable. And the wait is typically very short, if any (today there was no wait). Definitely recommend The Mailbox.”
“Today we were nearby and stopped in to try to sort out a UPS delivery issue we are having. We learned that the UPS Store is not all that connected to UPS delivery so they could not directly help. However, Hannah, the clerk, was very attentive and empathetic, listening to us and explaining the system and giving us a number to call to sort out the delivery system problem. I hope the staff there are continued to be supported in being kind human beings rather than soulless bureaucrats! On the other hand, the UPS delivery service needs a lot of help in their website and communications systems...”
“The best shipper (and more) in Ballard! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I always enjoy stopping by. Fantastic service and wonderful people.”
“Been bringing my business’ packages here for almost a year now and have consistently received the kindest and most professional service one could hope for. Very nice and patient people working here. I know post office retail work can be brutal so these people really deserve an award of some kind”

208 12th Ave S, Seattle“My experience sending the package was great. They are fast and reliable. Their rate is reasonable. I will be going to Vietxpress to send all packages to Vietnam moving forward.”
“Great service! Even though I live closer to the Broadway store I love this location. There’s always parking out front and with larger packages that’s really nice. The people are awesome too!”
“Kim, the new receptionist that they brought in is such a sweet young lady. Her enthusiast “HI, HOW ARE YOU” made my rough trip better. She’s fast and efficient. She’s an amazing addition to Lineage and I hope she stays and that Lineage keeps her for awhile.”
“My introduction to Sip and Ship at its Ballard location occurred in 2012 when I found myself in need of professional help to ship a rather large painting with both monetary and sentimental vallue to an East Coast address. Much to my relief, the staff at Sip and Ship was up to the challenge in preparing the art work for safe shipping and timely arrival.Based on that experience more than 10 years ago, I have continued to rely on Sip and Ship for a variety of shipping challenges and the occasional need for expiditing personal communications by email or fax or obtaining notary services including witnessing by staff members when needed.I have come to realize that Sip and Ship is much more than a business for shipping services but actually a hub for finding that special message card or perfect gift for almost every occassion as well as taking that much needed interruption to the daily grind by enjoying your preferred brew of coffee or a delicious homemade pastry at the coffee bar at the rear of the shop. Bob G., Ballard”

1122 E Pike St, Seattle“Great people here. I had to mail my passport renewal application via USPS and they handled it great here. They were able to expedite it as well. The only issue with this location is parking. It is in Cap Hill and parking is hard to find but once I did all good.”

5963 Corson Ave S Suite 176, Seattle“Juls, Harper and team are awesome! Always great communication, products and turnaround time. They’ve even gotten to know us and how we like our finishing. Highly recommend.”
“You can feel the love and kindness immediately as you walk in. My day was brighter after visiting this shop to mail a usps package. Note: they sell packaging tape.”

4455 7th Ave S, Seattle“I’d like to give a shout out to Mohammed Haq, the driver who delivers in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Mohammed’s incredible care for his customers extends far beyond the job requirements. Not only are packages delivered with care and efficiency, but he knows nearly everyone living in the area by name. In 60+ years I’ve never seen consistent customer service like this. Mohammed is special. I/we appreciate him so much!”

4111 E Madison St #2, Seattle“They made paper copies for me. Have used them for stamps, packages, large envelopes and the mailing thereof. I have used the Madison park and leschi locations because they are close by?”
“I went in to pick up an order that hadn't actually been sent, but to determine that, one employee did a thorough search of all recent orders-- on the shelf and in the computer. Work resent it with a pick-up date for the next day. I confirmed with another employee to make sure the order was really in this time, and they said, "I think I can save you a trip back. Can you wait 15 minutes while I print these for you now?" After a frustrating day, these employees showed such kindness, compassion, efficiency, and work ethic that it turned my day around! THANK YOU!”
“I really appreciated being able to talk with a professional in person who could offer advice on the best options. Dustin at the Fedex print shop near University Village (Laurelhurst) was professional, helpful and responsive. The turnaround time was very quick. He provided guidance on what finish to do based on my needs. I also appreciated that the University District (NE 45th St) Fedex re-directed me to the Laurelhurst Fedex when I told him the poster size. All in all the in-person service at both locations was fantastic.”
8AM - 4:30PM
1111 E Columbia St PAVL 010, Seattle“Supercopy is the best during the holiday season! They tape your packages for free, and there's hardly ever a line, ESPECIALLY around Christmas! Crazy. They are very good with last minute print jobs, and are far cheaper than Kinko's or FedEx. Since they are a part of a non-profit university, they don't mark their items up crazy amounts like they do. I come to Supercopy for all my printing and shipping needs.”

3703 S Edmunds St, Seattle“This post office is the best on Rainer he is always happy never rude always ready to his wife & his self are the best great service always always there to serve south Seattle & provide po service for us. We are blessed for the po services”
“Everyone here was super nice, attentive and did everything they could to save me money on some packages I had to ship. Not what I was expecting from a post office; very pleasantly surprised!”
“Worked with OD through UPack. Great customer service, flexible, worry free and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for cross country moving that can easily get overwhelming!”
“i'll be forthcoming and say the only services i am reviewing are return packages with pre paid labels and the shipping of holiday boxes. the first thing i absolutely appreciate is the opening hour because as someone who goes to work before 8am, it's near to impossible i find a place where i can drop off a return package either a pre paid label before 8am. the post office doors have been locked that early in the past few months and to drop it off after work means i've missed the pick up time and it sits and waits til the next day. today i decided to bypass the usps thinking it would be hell on wheels ahead of christmas. i showed up and there was one other person in front of me. the guy decided to help me at the coffee counter and he was super nice. it wasn't cheap to mail boxes this close to the holiday but i opted for priority on a couple and ground on another. it's not their fault that that's the going rate to ship stuff nowadays. i will be coming back here because it's just easier on me logistically and the experience was totally pleasant. it's a valid alternative to standing in line at the post office and your packages and sanity might thank you for it!”

2311 N 45th St, Seattle“I love coming to this particular UPS store because the staff are truly incredible. The team, including Hunter, Lou, and Vex, are all quality people who consistently display professionalism and friendliness. They are always on top of their game, ensuring that my Stop & Shop needs are met efficiently and effectively. They maintain a quick and smooth service no matter how busy it gets. I've visited this store even during high-stress periods such as the holidays, and I am always impressed by their ability to keep their cool. They handle the pressure gracefully and continue to deliver excellent customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience for me.”
“This store is a neighborhood treasure... actually a 2 neighborhood treasure (needed both locations). Just love, love love these people. At some point or another, we've used just about all their mailing and professional services... plus had more than a few of their delicious cookies. Trusted them with both time sensitive and sensitive stuff (important/valuable to us)... even while traveling... and they ALWAYS come through in a way you that you can count on AND doesn't make you feel like a number. Never write reviews, but we can't recommend the Sip and Ship enough.”
“Been a customer the past 2 years. Excellent service as a mailbox holder and also mailing out. Now that our West Seattle full-service UPS shop has closed, I wish this business would assume that role, but so far it’s a drop-off for UPS outgoing only if you have a fully prepared label you’ve done online. The staff are sooooo warm and courteous. This is a small local business trying really hard to provide great service! The negative notary reviews should be taken with a grain of salt because that is a technical process with complex rules subject to the notary’s interpretation, so they don’t lose their license. Also, it’s a lengthier service compared to shipping & receiving, so you might be asked to wait while the line of other customers is cleared. Lastly, I believe there’s only one notary in this shop, vs 2-3 others who don’t have that authority. And he might be on a break.”
8AM - 5PM
206 SW Michigan St, Seattle“very polite, got me in a door right away. there is a fence that is pretty close so backing in is tight but doable. watch for the yellow box next to the door, its like 2 inches from your doors when they are open. other than that not bad, i'd come again.”
“What a gem! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I send international packages which they have been very helpful with. They are our neighborhood mail service. I don't know what I'd do without them.”
10:30AM - 6PM
1143 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Seattle“I love the service and the friendliness of a small owned family business. I drive out of my way so I can visit these fine folks even though there is a FedEx by my house. They are always willing to help and professional and courteous. The best Postal Service in town as far as I'm concerned!”

217 1st Ave S, Seattle“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”
9AM - 5:30PM
3213 W Wheeler St, Seattle“Fast. Reliable. Knowledgeable. The magnolia mailbox is a convenient location for all your shipping and mailing needs. They have always provided us great service with a fast speed on delivery.”
“Joel has helped me now a handful of times get all my packages shipped with the least expensive, but best option. He is seriously the best! Thank you Queen Anne Dispatch for making it easy and enjoyable to ship packages. Of course, the store itself is adorable too. Always worth a stroll through even if you're just dropping off a package.”
“You need only visit Seattle area USPS post offices, with their long lines and surly employees, to know that Postal Plus provides ten times better customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Love him”
