Silver Platters SoDo is a fantastic and amazing store for music and movie collections. It is a crazy huge place with a massive and great variety of everything, including DVDs, vinyl, CDs, and even cassette tapes and KPOP. The selection of used media is wonderful, with rare finds in fine condition. The atmosphere is very nice. The staff provides outstanding and friendly customer service with excellent knowledge and help. It is highly recommended, especially for die hard physical media fans, and is worth a trip to browse its well-organized treasures.
This has been my go to location for decades. They always have an amazing selection of vinyl, and they are also really good about doing store transfers and special orders.

Amazing inventories of Vinyl of every possible genre... completely unexpected for what used to be primarily a CD reseller (although I gather they also have more CD inventory at another store)

We are so glad Silver Platters is still going strong. Its so nice to have a place we can go to find that obscure CD. I love having physical media and this location has it all. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
