This is the worst public storage facility of several i have rented from in my lifetime. I have been renting for more than a year. In that time, I have come 3 times. I’m not a high needs customer. But there is no way to talk to anyone on site, get more information about the space, or even find a restroom. The place is an incomprehensible maze without any signs of which direction the lockers are in. I found one map after wandering lost through the aisles.
And on foot? You’ll need to hop the railing to get in.

I have had a great experience here. I worked with Wesley. He took me to a few different sized/shaped units and offered similar sizes based on what I was debating aloud during my time there. He was nice and patient, and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. He helped me get the best deal between online and in person. The storage units themselves are situated in a classic confusing maze, but all the units are on the ground floor which I like. I recommend!

I'm a college student and multi-media artist who store here occasionally; I will be using the storage again when I'm working on large-size projects or collection. The location has indoor garages and xtra-Lg storages. It's a nice location so price increase is anticipated; you can transfer storages when the price increase become unreasonable or not-match-up-to-values.

Complete scam. You will move in for a good rate and then they'll rapidly increase your monthly rate. Additionally this place gets burgled often and there are frequently homeless people sleeping in here.

In December, I called near closing time to ask if I could move my stuff in that evening (was about 10minutes away) and the guy said Yes, so I booked it right after we got off the phone with him and drove there.
When my friend and I got there, he said they're closed. So I had to street park the big u-haul I rented elsewhere overnight.
Overnight the entire u-haul and some contents were stolen.
Not their fault it got stolen, hopefully. But he wasted our time for sure and they still charged me when he could've said No.

My unit was robbed twice loosing over $500,000- Insurance only covers if it’s a forced but the lock was picked. Moved units but they would not return money on the unit I left. NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STORE ANYTHING OF VALUE. The company stole money from me not returning the money for the unit I left but paid for. Not even 1 star ~ Pathetic Place.
1st time in my life I’ve ever said anything negative publicly.
I had 2 post a star to post a comment but it’s NOT EVEN A STAR.
