As far as storage goes, the 10x20 space is fine for storing my 2800sqft house. Signing up and getting the space is pretty easy.
I'm rating this location 3 stars because of several issues that make this storage place a bit difficult to utilize:
1. There is very little to no cellular signal in this all-metal/concrete building. There is no back up public WiFi either to call out on. You have very little ability to call or check something on the internet while you are there. It also makes impossible to use the PS app if you have to log in again for some reason (it randomly wanted me to log in while I was trying to use the elevator...then had to scramble to find my manual code to push the elevator button.
2. The office closes at 6pm, which is reasonable, but it is the only time you can check out a cart (only 1 BTW...apparently you can't have more than one at a time!) What seems unreasonable is that for some random reason, the cutoff of the facility happens at 9pm (why not 10, 11, or 12pm?) Heaven help you if you arrive at 8:50pm, unload all your stuff in the elevator, find out it's 9:01pm and that the elevators lock you out, preventing you from getting to your floor. Then, you have to unload your stuff from the elevator back into your trailer after realizing, you are not going to be able to store your stuff. After trying to figure out what is going on, you have no way to call anyone or are you able to get out of the facility with your access codes. You can set off the access door alarms, and no one comes or checks out what is going on. It is a bit disturbing.
3. There is no exterior signage on the entry roll-up door to tell you the place is locked down at 9pm. There is no signage on the interior walls anywhere to call someone after hours for help. Nothing is posted in the elevator either.
4. The public storage app is very glitchy and currently, doesn't work at all...just starts and shows a spinning circle icon...doesn't go away, even after a phone reboot. I have manually key in my access code for everything (enter, elevator, leave.)
5. I've seen some sketchy people in the facility, especially after the office closes. There is a large homeless encampment behind the building. There are several past reviews here about people getting their storage locker broken into and homeless living in the stairwells. I swear during a later evening visit I heard someone inside a storage unit make a noise as I walked by. Why isn't there a security guard walking the premises after hours? We pay good money for renting here, you can't hire a single guard to patrol this location?
This experience was really difficult when you work all day, then use your evenings to pack up your things for storage to move out of a house by a deadline. At least allow access to the exterior entry door to 9:30pm, post some signs about the access hours, post an afterhours call number, and allow the elevators to work until 10pm. Thank you.

I am moving at the end of the month and needed a storage unit to temporarily hold my stuff. A whole apartments worth of stuff. I am alone and it's difficult job to move all this stuff by myself I also happen to suffer a stroke last month and my body doesn't behave as it should. A cart to load my stuff onto and wheel down the hallways would be helpful. This facility does not provide carts after 5:00 p.m. yet they are open until 9:00 p.m. so for 4 hours of everyday you potentially have people coming in to move things around with no wheels to help them do so. So be warned. Although this facility claims to be open till 9:00 p.m. which is one of its drawing factors, it is essentially only open until 5:00 p.m. which is when they put the carts away and no one can use them. So you are paying for membership to a storage unit that does not provide the proper equipment to prevent injury. And they are happy with this. I am not.

The space and location = excellent. The online process to get a unit was super simple. Office staff are top rate and very helpful. I can use my smart phone to unlock the gate and access my floor.
Only gave 4 stars because of the following:
1 - One of the 4 elevators (the one closest to my space) is out of order with no indication of when it will be back up and running.
2 - The moving carts/trollies (they only have 5 or 6 total) are only available during office hours so if you are there early morning or after 5PM or 6PM you need to bring your own if you have something heavy. I’m guessing it is because of theft but a bother non the less.

I dont know how this place has as many stars as it does. Renteres beware this place is not safe for your goods. Thieving is prevalent in this state and there is a good chance they have already scoped your locker out. Workers may be in on it. Dont rent here keep your stuff close to you!

Ryan was very helpful and made the process in getting a unit very easy! I accidentally went to another Public Storage nearby, but eventually found the correct one, and Ryan was very patient and kind the whole time. The promotions for certain units are also hard to beat. Everything went smoothly!

Having moved in and out of storage units, throughout Seattle & beyond-- at least half a dozen times and almost exclusively Public Storage-- this was definitely THE best experience--all thanks to Shalleenakaye! From the moment I made the reservation online and showed up in person, she was responsive, friendly, incredibly accommodating and helpful. Furthermore, she has been consistently easy to reach by phone--unlike almost all of the other locations-- and always sounds genuinely happy to help and answer my many questions! Shalleenakaye's lovely disposition, knowledge & competence made this process seamless & really helped alleviate a lot of the stress and frustration that's often inherent in these experiences. And, even more, she restored my faith that there is still such thing as PHENOMENAL customer service. ANY employer should be delighted to have her on their team--100%. Oh, and the facility itself is clean & convenient!

Overhead door to drive in is broken more often than not. Elevator broken today now too. In the face of all this they raised rates last month. Take your business literally anywhere else.

I had been battling with a gate code issue at Public Storage for what felt like forever—every time I thought it was fixed, the gate just mocked me. After several failed attempts with other staff, I finally met Shalleenakaye. She was like an angel sent from above to save the day, with a positive attitude and an actual solution!! She didn’t just give me a quick fix; she found the real problem and solved it for good. Shalleenakaye’s knowledge and kindness turned my storage nightmare into a breeze. Public Storage, you’ve got an incredible employee on your hands! Give that woman a raise!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Public Storage, especially Shalleenakaye! From the moment I walked in, she made everything so easy and stress-free. I was moving last minute, and she helped me find the perfect unit for my belongings. Not only did she walk me through all the options patiently, but she also took the time to help me understand the best way to store my items to avoid damage.
What really stood out was when I accidentally locked myself out of my unit after hours. Shalleenakaye went above and beyond by staying late to make sure I could access my things. She was so kind and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
Another time, I was worried about the security of some valuables, and she reassured me by explaining all the safety features and even helped me get a special lock that gave me extra peace of mind. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and the customer service is top-notch. If you’re looking for a place to store your belongings, I highly recommend Public Storage and be sure to ask for Shalleenakaye—she’s the best!

Shallenakaye gave the absolute BEST customer service. Not only were they affable, fastidious, and overall knowledgeable; she helped me find the best fitting unit. Highly, highly recommend. I will be telling anyone in the greater Seattle area to come here and ask for her specifically.
