Great experience renting from Sixt at Pike Place! We were set up with a Ford Escape, which was a fantastic upgrade. The car was spotless and very well maintained, which made the drive enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mr. Burak, who helped us out a lot and made the process smooth. We also had to drop the car off at the very last minute, and the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend this location!

Exceptional Staff and Seamless Service!
I highly recommend the Sixt branch near Pike Place Market. The entire team was fantastic, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the process of renting a car incredibly easy and quick. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish, which is exactly what you want when traveling. Top-notch service!

First time renting SIXT in Seattle. Overall very pleasent experience. Car was in great condition. Pickup and return was smooth, no trick or hassle. Staff were very efficient, welcoming and helpful. Special callout to Burak, a fantastic gentleman who clarified everything during pickup. Definitely would visit this branch a second time if needed.

They charged me for the same damage that the instagram video with 2.5M views was charged with. They’re scammers just out to get people to pay for unjust damages. Seriously, wheel rim damage???

Had a great experience renting a SIXT car.
Easy pickup and drop off.
Larry (car attendant) was very helpful and friendly.
We are already booking another car for Thanksgiving.

First time using Sixt rental@ Pikes Place. The process online was simple and easy but I had questions. However, during pick up in person, Sixt was able to answer my questions and from there it seamless. Not bad.
The location is convenient and easy to get to. Obviously, do your planning and research before hand. You can take public transportation or go on foot to this location.

My husband and I decided to give Sixt rent a car a chance. We were scammed into paying a prior damage fee that unfortunately were unable to prove due to lack of photos. The scratch was so subtle that we never thought to take a picture prior to leaving the lot. Unfortunately, the cost for the fixture fell on us. They charged us close to $l000. We repeatedly tried to speak to an individual about the situation but kept getting automated responses and emails and were never sought out by an actual manager. Severely disappointed in their lack of customer service and unethical scamming on hard working customers. We will use our hard earned money elsewhere.

Had difficult experiences with security deposit. They don’t refund back the money to the bank besides not having any issues with the rented vehicle. After asking, they keep on lying. So consider having tough time with this too.

They came in clutch when our scheduled car with a different company fell through. Quick and easy process. Timika helped us and within 15 minutes we had a car. I would definitely use them again.

The staff from messaging me a day before the pick up to getting to the location, with their amazing staff from rental reps to the guys in the garge and the manager are an outstanding team. They will always have my business. The cars are super neat and very comfortable.
