My initial virtual visit was very smooth and Violet Robb was very kind and knowledgeable. The sleep lab staff is very friendly and thorough. From checkin staff to nurses, they were all very kind, patient, and helpful. You definitely know you’re in a hospital, but the room is comfortable nonetheless.

1. Took over a month to just get a assessment appointment2. The assessment appoint was remote in 2023.. I asked them how they’re going to look at my airway through my mouth, they asked me to stick my mouth close to the video camera (they weren’t even going to look)3. Said they wanted to do an at home test which would cost over $700 after insurance (I have good insurance)These people don’t care about you, I would stay clear from here.

The doctor came in 45min late to the appointment no apologies. Useless conversation that didn't help with my sleep. Lack of technical knowledge showing discrepancies of usual medical practice. I got to go to another clinic to get proper help. Don't waste your time here

This place does not know how to deal with black people or their hair. I literally had to request the one black employee that they had and even then they treated me like I was the big wolf and let their biases do the work for them rather then just treat me with kindness like I wanted them do for everyone else and then made rude disrespectful comments regarding my natural hair. An Asian and white worker (both men) and one even tried touching my hair and this employee had absolutely nothing to do with my case. Please teach your employees better we deserve the exact same care as anyone else. We pay money just like the rest, this was very despicable.I know that your biases will say that I was likely being loud and unruly (I know how most operate here) but this was not the case and I shouldn’t have to say that in order to be believed or treated with basic kindness as a patient. Please save your time and look for better options where you be treated with respect. I was not and will never forget it.

My stay was great, Although the bathroom door in the testing room for sleep studies is not disability ADA accessible It was extremely heavy even for somebody who is Not disabled that would be very heavy

The people we're great. You will get screened for covid card ect. It's all on there website. A warning about parking you pay in the Lobby and you can't get good reception in the garage so try to see which way to turn when you exit before you get there. The spots are very small and disabled parking is so so.

Kind, professional, helpful staff and doctors. I did my sleep study here. They were able to coordinate with me so my Mom could do an at home sleep study since she is high risk for Covid-19.

I went to the sleep clinic at Harborview. I'd already had a "sleep study" there and been diagnosed with sleep apnea. These people are quacks. By that I mean they only have one intervention: CPAP. They won't try a dental device, because that's not in their repetoire. All they've got is CPAP, so that's what they sell. If you think a CPAP will work for you, go here, because it's the only intervention they sell. They don't try anything else, and the physicians aren't there to assess the situation. They're at home sleeping, unlike you, and you'll never see them. All you get is "technicians," and all they know how to do is apply the testing gear and CPAP. It was a terrible night. I ran away after 6 hours If you want a CPAP, go here. If you want an honest diagnosis of your sleep disorder, look elsewhere.

Dr. Watson, the nursing staff, and the assistants consistently listen, do everything in their power to help, and have always shown they care about me as a person, not just another number. The quality of my life significantly improved through their care and they all have my sincere gratitude.
