I did service A here yesterday, very smooth, dropped off car around 730am and 'shuttle' (actually a really nice Mercedes sedan and I was the only passenger) sent me to my workplace (check in phone number and destination), service done within 3hrs, texted me the video of service and invoice, I called to book a pick-up 'shuttle' (another nice Mercedes SUV picked me up). Nice and clean and smooth process, highly recommended!

Had an excellent service experience at Mercedes Benz of Seattle. Arby my service advisor was superb. He was friendly accommodating and prompt. The service was one of the most extensive and my car was done 2-3 hours prior than what I expected. In addition my car was cleaned inside and out. Will always take my GLC to MB of Seattle for its service

Al goes above and beyond!!! Excellent customer service! Extremely detailed explanation with video, pictures and face to face chat plus follow up phone calls. Treated with respect. Easy check out! Comfort snacks while you wait or loaner vehicle if needed. And to top it off the do a basic clean of inside and out. Exceptional! Thank you!!!

Very thorough diagnosis of problem exhibited by our vehicle. Our representative Arby gave us regular updates throughout the process. Vehicle was returned repaired and detailed as a bonus!
