Had my back door window broken...owner to me, it didn't seem to be interested on using his business in me...I really needed my glass window install and could not work anything else with the boss ..bud disappointment . I went and got all the stuff he needed...an extra door...just in case...nada. guy even said to me that I was wasting his time..lol. only person there was me...he could nt wait to get rid of me that's how much he appreciated my business...

Had my windshield replaced and the install was horrible. The sealant at the top edge of the glass was finished poorly. The big issue was the leak that I discovered months later. Very poor quality install!

This company came in May to replace a broken window. They boarded it up quickly, but we have not been able to get a replacement window, despite multiple calls. We have been told that they have lost the measurements, but, when someone comes on site to remeasure, they say they have the measurements. Now we are unable to reach them, as their voicemail is full. We had previous good experiences with them, but their service is currently abysmal.

Please do not use this company if you are looking for fast professional service. They are quick to come out , take measurements and your money. But than you won’t hear back from them. I requested a refund and they were quick to grant my request. Otherwise I wouldn’t give them one star.

I have used Smart Glass in the past and they could be unreliable but under their new management they are clearly focused on the customer now. The new manager worked with me the whole way through the process and answered my call in the middle of the night. I will tell everyone I know to go there now. If you need glass done give them a try and you'll be satisfied.

My truck was broken into overnight, and they replaced my passenger front window within hours of me discovering the damage. Very professional, great price, very timely.

I had a great time chatting with the owner while I waited. I was on time for my appointment but the person “ahead” of me didn’t drop their car off on time so I was the one who had to wait. Bunch of high school kids-of course they didn’t drop it off on time! Anyway….that’s my only gripe is that the kids should have waited - but hey I’m a reasonable person. Luckily I brought reading material so I was occupied. Things happen and it’s a one worker / one owner show-mom.n pop. I paid for the window glass the day before (the day my car got smashed into) and the next day I got an appointment. That was pretty dang awesome and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the bathroom right off the waiting area because I had to use it. To top it all off I was very pleased when the technician drove the car out and said “go ahead, try it out”. And really paid attention that I was satisfied with his work. Bravo! I hope I don’t have to come back but if I have the same problem I will. If you need window tint check out Final Finish right around the corner. I got the referral from Smart Glass and they’re great too.
