Great place. Check out their website. They are doing things right. Eco-friendly and good business practices. Everyone helping with customer service has been great too. Also, the futon is super comfortable. It's a really great product.

I love Soaring Heart! I learned so much about their products from Allison at the Ballard store. My wool topper feels wonderful and has helped to regulate my temperature so I’m not overheating as much at night. I love my wool and kapok pillows as well! Thank you, Allison and the rest of the crew at soaring heart! It’s been a pleasure to work with you and I can’t wait to buy a mattress! Noel D

I have purchased pillows, sheets and mattresses from Soaring Heart. The products are super high quality. I’ve loved them all.The entire staff, from the folks who work in the store to the people who deliver the mattress, is so helpful and kind.I feel very lucky we have such a great natural bed store in Seattle.

My first time with this company and won't be back. These people don't know their own products. I emailed them to confirm what they carry in store. I spend 1.5 hours drive time to buy it. I get there, they've never carried it. Poor management if they don't know what they carry in store. Then I'm offered they can order online for me. ?! Why if I can do that myself? Don't waste your time here.

These folks are so knowledgeable and helpful. They’ll bend over backwards to make sure you have the best nights sleep of your life!They’ll ask questions about your current bedding and how you sleep, then curate a personalized set up. It takes so much of the guess work and anxiety out of making an investment like this.

Yikes! Almost two grand for a queen sized futon. Gone are the days when a college student looked to futons as a less expensive option for bedding. The last one I bought from SH more than a decade ago was a third of today's price. To be fair, I've purchased two futons from them in the last twenty five years. I was hoping to no have to sell a kidney to buy the next. Also, back ten or so years ago, One had the ability to choose mattress thickness. That option appears to no longer be offered and the thickness dimension isn't even listed on the website; email queries have yet to be answered. Some reviews on their own website have describe the latest product as so thin that One can feel the bed slats through it. I'd like to know how thick the current futons are made.

Everyone at Soaring Heart (Lyth, Amber, Jason, and Colette) in Ballard and Edmonds has been wonderful to work with, and they are so patient in working with difficult customers such as ourselves! :-) We changed our mind several times after the order was placed, and they had no other objective than wanting us to be happy with our purchase. In the end, we got exactly what we were hoping for! They're very professional and wholesome. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to work with them again on our next bedding purchases.

I have one of their Tatami Bed Frames but it was a gift from someone who purchased it quite some time ago. When they gave it to me they had misplaced some of the hardware and the bolt receiver for the central support leg no longer held in place and wood glue was not going to work.Although the bed has been holding up well I wanted to see if I could get replacements for the parts. When I called I spoke with Amber and told them the tale. They said that they don't carry nor can they easily order replacement parts by default. HOWEVER, they were quick to tell me that sometimes they have or can get them if a frame was damaged in shipping or for some other reason it is available to be parted out. They confirmed all of the pieces I am looking for, my contact information, and said they would look into the sources they have available.If this seems like it would be normal I can tell you that unfortunately it is not. The first two places I tried to get parts said the would not even attempt to help me because I was not a paying customer of theirs. I do acknowledge that it was not the exact model but they could have tried to help a potential future customer or just been kind. Upon finally finding the exact match of the bed and calling here I received FANTASTIC customer service from Amber! I was up front that I had not purchased it directly but that did not deter them from treating me with kindness and being as helpful as possible.Even if Amber, Soaring Heart Natural Beds, or the location they get these frames from are unable to get the parts I need I will refer people to them and turn to them when I need items they carry in the future.

This place it's staff as well as the products are all A1 Seriousley the vibes are chilled and relaxed the staff is genuinely kind understanding and helpful! I worked with Amber she was super patent kind helpful and really amazing with switching out layers from toppers to moving me bavk and fourth to feel the beds and all the difference they offer. I just don't have the words that would truly explain how wonderful my experience was unlike any other mattress shop I have been in !! Those others just CANT compete with the integrity of the store the people in it and the products that they sell 1000 times again I will go back and re-purchase and I will tell everyone I know if and when to go here over any other than this day and time in the world we live in we are not safe and we are not treated kindly and we are not helped. We are pushed along walked over and put on the shelf but not here !!!! they rather you be happy than sold !!! that speaks volumes Amber you’re the greatest. This is my first real bed that I have ever Botton thank you for ending the horrible cycle of having to go through online mattresses as well as in these horrible places that are all commission based you guys are top notch thank you. I feel truly blessed with the help and the kindness that you gave me I will be back to get my bed.

We were looking for a foam pad to upgrade our camper van and stopped by Soaring Heart to check out their products. Alex helped us out, he was super helpful and patient in explaining all the various options. We never felt pressured to buy anything. After a few visits to SH, we ultimately decided on two single Shikibuton pads ( latex, cotton, wool .) We "road tested" them on a trip to Tucson and remain very happy with the comfort and quality. We were really glad to have a store like Soaring Heart nearby. It is so much better than shopping online pictures.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to try out several pillows in-store. I bought a latex pillow from them, and it was quite expensive but I love it and it was totally worth it. It's basically ruined other pillows for me.

We purchased a bed frame, mattress, sheet sets, pillows, and end table from Soaring Heart Natural Beds a couple of months ago. We are so pleased with our purchase! We love the comfort of the bed. We had wonderful customer service from Sierra Larson. She explained all the options of the products and encouraged us to try different style mattresses before making a final decision. The delivery and set up went perfectly. You can tell that the people who work for Soaring Heart take pride in their products. I highly recommend!
