I brought my 2007 mazda 3 in after having issues with another mechanic who kept replacing my master cylinder 4 times, but never took the time to really test it. I took my car to South Park Tire Factory to look into it they replaced the master cylinder and the booster, but after recieving it, I had dragging issues again with the break. Since they are so busy, it took a week before I could get it back in to them. I asked them for this 2nd time aroud to please go through every part, and to drive it all day if they had to, and they took my request seriously, and did exactly just that. One of their mechanics went piece by piece discovered the issue was the pipe fitting of the master cylinder. They are always kind and easy to talk to, and even gave me a ride back to my place after dealing with my car overheating a different time. I knocked off a star becuase it takes a week before I can get it into the shop, and then it takes another week to have it fixed. I would have thought that after I brought it in the 2nd time for the same issue, they could have made it more of a priority due to my frustration of not being able to figure out the issue the first time, and having issues with a different mechanic. This will definitely be my go to my place from now on!

Friendly and professional. Good prices. Fast delivery for my “run flat” tires that always need ordering. Started work at the appointment time. In and out in an hour. And my puppy even got a biscuit from the technician!

I came in with a slow leak tire and they got me in right away (same day). They were very honest with their time estimate and ended up finishing early. The entire process was incredibly easy and pleasant - I would highly recommend coming here.

I can't recommend South Park Tire Factory more - I called to get a time estimate of when I could bring my car with a flat tire to get serviced. They said I could come over right then, so I drove over. The guys looked at my tire within 5 minutes of me arriving, and had it fixed and on my way in 30 minutes. While I was waiting, 3 different customers came and picked up their vehicles. I was impressed at the speed and friendliness of the service! I will definitely return to South Park Tire Factory for future tire needs.

Our Tesla car had a flat tire at Flight Museum. As we were waiting for Tesla Roadside Assistance to respond, which took 40mins, we saw the Tire Factory across the street. At 6pm on a holiday evening, the car mechanic at Tire Factory still decided to help us. We did not even catch his name. He quickly fixed the tire and saved us a ton of hassle especially that we have two toddlers with us. We are so grateful for the Tire Factory!

Might be tough to get in here sometimes, but I've never met a nicer set of guys to work on my cars. They're seriously great humans and don't try to screw me over just because I'm not a manly man car guy. Only thing is that their waiting area isn't fantastic, so plan to head elsewhere if you're leaving your car for a while.

Was on vacation and had a flat tire. Ran on spare to this place. Replaced my flat tire under an hour. Great service and price too. Answered all my curious concerns and questions rationally. Would recommend it for anyone in town with tire issues.

Friendly yeah but not thorough and honest. They aligned our van with a cupped tire (that’s why it pulled to one side and still did afterwards) without mentioning anything about it (we didn’t know at that time..). 2 places looked at it afterwards and just shook their heads. Shouldn’t have been aligned with bad tires like that and they should have been the ones to tell us that first. Waste of time and money.
