I recently moved to Washington and was overwhelmed with a new city, job, and home-I couldn’t even begin to think about insurance. I’m so glad I found Spangler Insurance because they took such great care of me. One quick inquiry and I received an email right away from Cathy, who walked me through the entire process. She asked me about our new apartment and car, and found us an incredible bundle that covered both—and for significantly less than what I was paying in Texas, but with better coverage! Most of our communication was via email with a phone call here and there, which I really appreciated. I even signed the documents virtually, saving me a trip to their office or to a Kinkos to print. Cathy and Spangler insurance are seriously angels from heaven above and I am so thankful I found them. We will continue to work with Spangler for any future insurance needs, and will highly recommend them to our friends! Thank you!

Tom was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad that we reached out to his office. We moved from California to Washington and needed to get renter's and car insurance quickly before the move. Tom moved quickly to get us great quotes. Within a couple hours the policies were done. We would highly recommend his office to anyone!

Brittanie at Spangler Insurance is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and friendly in helping me find new coverage. I had so many questions, and she was able to break everything down so that I could understand exactly what I needed and the steps to take. I was dreading this task for so long, but Brittanie made it a breeze and took care of everything in a matter of hours! She even got me a better policy for less than I was paying elsewhere. I could not recommend them enough!

After 13 years with State Farm I made the switch to Spangler Insurance for my car, and I am totally thrilled with my decision! I am saving around $30.00 a month w/Spangler! Yahoo! The staff there, Tom, Brit, and Dave, are wonderful and handle any issues or questions that I have (and I always have LOTS of questions) quickly and thoroughly! I'm a busy gal and I really appreciate that they are efficient and respect my time! Not to mention that they are extremely friendly. Oh! Lastly, we have our rental insurance through Spangler and they were incredibly helpful when I spilled a couple of gallons of motor oil in our storage unit, which subsequently seeped into the storage unit next door. They got back to us quickly and were able to address our questions and the questions our neighbor had. 5 STARS!!!

The Spanglers are an old-school family business. Total straight-shooters, they will make getting insurance easy + be a resource you can turn to whenever you need one. I have since moved to Oregon but still kept them as my insurance agency -- a no-brainer!
