Spex in the City is a great place with awesome and friendly staff. The team, including Mario and Jennifer, is truly amazing, super knowledgeable, very kind, helpful, and cheerful. They provide excellent customer service and will go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. The service feels like you’re at a high end spot while the prices are the best you’ll find. They offer a great selection of sunglasses and glasses to choose from. They are quick to fix things, performing repairs and adjustments quickly. The owner is honest and wants the best for his customers. Highly recommend giving them a try.
I moved to Seattle a couple weeks ago and had my glasses break right before my move. I walked in since I was in the area and they fixed them/adjusted the frames for me free of charge. The office staff were very warm and helpful, overall a wonderful experience. Will be going back!

I came here for a Lindberg eyeglass repair, and they repaired my glasses quickly and perfectly. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back whenever I have any concerns with my eyeglasses. Highly recommended!

Everyone is so kind and so helpful! Every time I've gone in they have made my day. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and even gave me a few packs of contacts to try out for free! They always know my name which is nice too :) Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a new eye doctor.
