Fantastic customer service. I got my nails done for a photo shoot and messed up a nail a couple days later and they fixed it right away. Would highly recommend.

Decided to try this salon because my usual spot was full. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. i think their polish is old and whatever they used for a bottom and top coat looked discolored and funky. The nail polish never set properly I was extremely careful about letting it dry but hours after the manicure it was denting and chipping and I had to take all the polish off within 24 hours of the manicure because it looked terrible. I actually said something to the woman who did my nails before I left because it didn’t seem like the polish was setting properly and she said “that is why everyone gets Shellac manicures now”. I don’t like shellac manicures - they kill my nails. I get regular manicures that always last 1-2 weeks and have never had this problem anywhere else. Salon may be fine for shellacs but stay away if you are getting regular manicure as something is wrong with their polish and they don’t seem to care.

I’ve been going here for years whenever I’m visiting Seattle and it’s been hit or miss but had a particularly bad experience today what with being charged extra for a nail fix (a small tip was broken off) when I was in for a fill, that’s just normal maintenance of getting a fill. The color was also messy and despite trying to address it throughout and being assured it would be fixed it was not.

I come here normally when I'm visiting from SF and I haven't had a great experience but this time was awful. The tip was broken off one nail so I just went in for a fill. She did a messy job on the color, kept hitting my cuticles and hurting me throughout and at the end charged me an additional $8 for fixing one nail - I have never been charged separately for this when going in for a fill, it's always included as a part of the fill. Absolutely do not recommend. Updating to include a photo of when I went to get them fixed, they cracked in less than a week and one turned green because of what they did.

Horrible nail salon- They allowed a customer to talk loudly on their cell phone for multiple loud calls over and over and FaceTiming for almost an hour while other customers just wanted it quiet and complained and not wanting to hear a woman talk about everything in her life! After asking the ' staff' to please ask her to quiet her phone they wouldn't do it- Horrible experience and then wanted me to leave a tip after an hour of this and allowed this other customer to threaten me- Never ever again Better nail salons around where they are respectful ! Stay away

This place is so hit or miss. Today was a miss. Walked in and there were four people working and no clients. But they still insisted on doing my manicure while I was in the pedicure chair (which I absolutely hate--it's so uncomfortable, and I feel like neither service goes very well). *No foot massage* (second time this year I've gone there for a pedicure and not received a foot massage!). I mean, she sort of rubbed some hot rocks around the tops of my feet, set my feet on the rocks, then did my polish. I thought she was going to do the massage after (I had gel polish). But no, she just patted me and walked away. Mani massage was this weird light sort of pinching up and down my arm for a couple of minutes. And my "cat eye" polish is just diagonal stripes across each nail, uneven between hands because she insisted on doing my manicure from the pedicure chair so couldn't match left and right properly. And it was $100, plus tip. I'm giving up on this place.

Rude service. I have been going here for years to see Tammy (who is great). Today I went in and a lady i’ve never seen was working. She had only one customer and I asked her if i could get my nails removed. She told me to wait 30 min or come back. This has NEVER happened to me, they have always tried to accommodate or at the least put acetone on my nails and wrap them and have them start to dissolve while I wait. She wouldn’t even do that and was very rude and dismissive. I hope the shop owners let this person go for turning down customers…Service: Polish removal
